Hello there im having a problem with one of my site list i cant got live on of my stores cctv unless i connect my cell phone to the same wifi that my ADT box is connect with. I cant able to go live when my phone is connected to my home wifi or any other wifi

Used to work , now doesn't
Same problem as everyone else , it used to work amazingly , now for the past YEAR it has not and ADT has not been able to help ! I've called them 5 times and no one can help , what kind of company is this?
I USED to love this app
Now all of the sudden, I cannot access my camera feeds. Nothing has changed on my end as far as I can tell. Sounds like I'm not the only one. Please FIX!!!!

Can't view my cameras with this new ap. Everything freezes. Too much tapping to get to the actual live vidro.
Unable to view cameras
I did all the updates on my phone and I'm not able to see the cameras. I can't see it on an iPhone 5 or 6. I also turned off my phone, deleted the application and loaded it back up, and nothing seems to help. Any suggestions?
Won't work with SDR402E
The minute I updated to the version today I miss my video link. At least with this device it's not working

If you receive a phone call while viewing video, it continues to stream video even with phone locked.... Glad I caught it after 30min and 2gb of data used...
Otherwise app works well. Would like to be able to add sites without them being active.
