Matrix App not compatible with ios8
It is ridiculous that it has yet to be launched to work on the ios8. I agree with the review below that clients should be credited for the lengthy amount of time we have had to go without service. We need security during the times we are not able to be at our business.
Horrendous customer service!
I just got off the phone with ADT/matrix support, I was informed they have no idea when there will be a fix to the non functioning app and that I should use another phone to remotely access my cameras for my business. REALLY, that's what u tell customers, I was also told it wasn't ADT that was at fault it was apple for doing the update...all of my other apps have managed to update to work in synch with the new update, why can't ADT... Maybe I made the wrong decision entrusting the security of my business to ADT! I think all ADT customers should receive a credit for the lag in keeping up with technology, that is crucial to the security of our business!!!

No feed for weeks
It's been way too long without this ios8 update. I have a business to run.
Won't open
For the past 3 weeks app crashes upon opening. Completely useless. This app is the last remnants of adt I have left in my building. I paid to have another company "Eastern security" come in and rip out adt and install a whole new system. The last straw was when the regional business manager hung up on me. Glad I switched and will never look back. Unfortunately this app is needed to watch the camera system

ISO 8 works with iPad not iPhone 6
On September 20, an update was expected in a week 12 days later we are still blind
The RAS2 was updated why not this version?
Worked fine on my iPhone 5, iso8, upgrade to iPhone 6 doesn't work. However it works with my iPad with ISO8 installed.
