Need to UPDATE!!!
My company pays a lot of money each month with our 20 cameras and I can't look from my phone to see how things are going when I'm not there. Spend a little of that money we pay you and update your app. If my Tip Calculator can update I'm sure your Company can!
Horrible App
I am disappointed in this app. We have noticed over several months that during the end of the month we are not able to access the service and I'm pretty sure it is not the app. Please provide the service you are having us pay for. The issues have been happening before iOS 8.

This app crashes as soon as you go to camera feed. I had your service guy come into my office and they couldn't figure it out. The only thing I changed was I updated my iOS to latest version. This NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP!!!
Will not work with new iPhone software update
Good app and given the useless nature of all iPhone software updates, this glitch that causes the app to crash when opening can easily be disguised as an Apple induced problem. However, even given the fact that ADT's history of semi useless service, I feel this should not have been a problem for ADT. All my other apps are working just fine. Please rectify immediately !!! People pay you to have their assets protected when they are not there. Step up ADT.

Can't see store cameras
Can no longer see my stores remotely. Getting frustrated it's been over a week now can we please get an update

I've been using the camera for over five years now is a so inconvenience and cannot watch my business when I am on my way from its can somebody do something about it

This app crashed when trying to view video feed on ios8. Need fix for this ASAP
Crashes & does not work with IOS8
Guys why are we spending the money to use your system while being blind at the moment??? I realize it is a new version but like all other developers you had a chance to work on this in advance and should have submitted your app to Apple to review in advance and not wait till the last minute. Just bad management. Hope this gets fixed ASAP

Security isn't able to keep up with technology?
Please hurry and fix this. You are disrupting a lot of lives. You have our money, now deliver on the services promised. As a company, you should be ashamed. I'm berating you early BECAUSE the past is the best predictor of HOW LONG it's going to be, until you have an UPDATE!

We're very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Our new Matrix video app for iOS8 is being reviewed by Apple and we are waiting for it to be approved. As soon as we receive confirmation from Apple that the app has been approved it will be released on the iTunes store where you will be able to download it. Typical review by Apple can take 5-7 business days so we are hopeful it will be completed and released sometime next week.
