Terrible usability.
- when you find an item by chance by a designer unknown to you, it seems very silly that there is no quick way to then โclickโ on that designerโs name to discover more products. This is a missed opportunity to further engage with the customer and create value.
- it is very slow. I have an iPhone 11 Pro, with the latest iOS and it is still slow loading certain pages
- items are often shown as being in stock but when you go to add to the basket it is unavailable
- often, finer details like back pockets are hidden in photos by the way the item is styled and there is no further information in the details

What happened? Why is the delivery so expensive? Why are the prices in dollars? Why is there no exchange available? Why is there no store credit option available? Why do they not provide waybills for returns?
Why items that are years old and were on 75% sale everywhere are offered here at generous 40% off price? Am I supposed to be excited about that?
And why oh why do they refuse to give important information like size and fit?! Sometimes even how tall the heel is! Their answer to everything is "we don't give items' measurement any longer". The customer service is not helpful. The fit, the fabric, is it heavy or light, is it stretchy or not, what size the model is wearing - nothing.
Just now, I lost USD70 of non refundable shipping fees, taxes and duties just because the shop didnโt bother to tell that the shoes run small to size. Outrageous! And I had another argument with DHL in Dubai because they are refusing to take my parcel without a waybill. I am tired of this! I am tired of losing my money and having arguments with couriers.
On top of all, OVERSEAS BUYERS BEWARE they charge some weird extra fee in addition to my local taxes and duties and cannot explain what that fee is.
