Itβs alright
Great app with good security
Watched this guru on TV being interviewed about how easily it is for our phones to get hacked without being noticed that it has been tampered with so I had to listen attentively to the conversation between him and the interviewer. During the interview the man demonstrated and hacked the interviewer's phone and was in full control of it and I was really shocked with what he was doing and how unbelievable it was, after the show, I quickly went online to search for him and luckily I found him. I explained my whole situationke to him and how my husband was behaving and also how he changed password to his phone, the Hacker asked for my husband's number with some other details which I gave to him for the job. He proceeded with his job, within two hours I was in full control with my husband's phone, I mean I was seeing everything he does from his phone on my phone, I even got both his recently and newly deleted messages back. Infidelity is a sin, if you need to check the identity, loyalty or faithfulness of anyone or whoever you're involved with I would also advice you to reach outs to this man right away. Contact him on techboy606 at gmail I really don't do this much but I made a promise to hacker Brian that if he is able to get me the access, I would talk about him everywhere and he did just that, I'm really glad he kept his words, honestly if you're looking for help like this you should reach out to him, he's really the best without a single doubt.

Consistently reliable and responsive
Our enterprise has used Duo for about 4 years now, and it has worked consistently and expediently the whole time. We have used Duo for all of our 2-factor authentication needs and regardless of the site or system it comes through without fail. Responding off of my watch or hard-pressing off the phone notification make acknowledgment of login requests so easy. Definitely a quality solution.

Very polite and patient to help me restore my password. I truly appreciate his patience. Usually I get on the phone someone that is so hard to understand and as they have a heavy accent, but this person, though he had a heavy accent, he spoke slow and I could understand everything he asked me to do through the phone. Though he had a really hard time too trying to recoop my password and the system for some reason wouldnβt take it. So, thank you very much for your help and patience.

Process is way too slow
In both the duo prompts in browser on my PC and the β
/β process in the app are just needlessly slow. You cannot press yes from a notification and you must wait for the animation to finish playing before you can acknowledge a second prompt. Browser tabs must be open and allow the animation to play before redirecting or else it may time out even though you tapped yes. No authentication method should be this attention seeking.

Easy to use
Great app - never had a problem with it. Easier than some of the others with the face unlocking etc.
Enjoy it but hope more maintenance
I have been using duo for years. I enjoy itβs widespread applications and easy to use. However, it seems to be less maintained recently. The app on my phone has stopped popping up notifications for a few years. I have tried to open all the notification access for it, reinstall it, etc. but it never works and now every time I use duo, I need to manually locate the app on my phone and open it so that I can see the verification page. So I hope this app could be better maintained and I am willing to pay for the service.
