    Convo provides awesome interpreter services for my needs! They have an app and it is also web based on the desktop computer/laptop!

    please don't using their service. they won't give devices what we need unless you have workplace. that silly goofy! so no thanks. I no long under their and I got ipad from other company which way better than this one.

    I love using this app; however, lately, I can’t seem to log in - it keeps saying “unable to contact the server,” and it has become inconvenient to use. Please resolve this issue asap. Thanks.
  • Bad Quality

    You need to fix the quality video when connected to the service. It is always pixelated at the beginning. Whenever I use convo on my MacBook, the interpreters can not see me and they signed that my video was pixelated. I can see the interpreters on my MacBook, but they can not. So I had to use iPhone instead, but the same problem with pixelated video at the beginning.
    There are not enough interpreters in this service. I waited on “We are connecting to interpreters” for almost 5 minutes.

    VCO audio doesn’t work on my end. I can’t hear anyone on the call.

    Dear interpreters,

    You have to answer my calling as soon as possible. When I am tried to calling a twice or third times and no answer. I’m waiting over 5mins or more! What’s happen at your service? Is it drying to death? Not enough interpreters?
  • Bug needs fixing ASAP

    Loved this app for many years. There’s a BAD bug that the company is already aware of, and still have not fixed yet. When you’re in a call with someone, and disconnect, it’s nearly impossible to connect back with them when the interpreter calls back to reconnect. I clicked on answer 3 different times and it will accept then hang up. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE, especially when on the phone with an important client. It’s quite annoying as I reported this a while back, and they’re already aware of this issue.
