The beauty of Simplicity.
As many Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals know that Convo Relay itself offer a very great service, possibly best service out of all other providers considering that Convo Relay is owned by a group of Deaf people and that means they know the Deaf community needs in communication. Now with that being said, Convo Mobile app for all of iOS devices is amazing yet simple and that means very easily to navigate around on the app rather than clutters alike all of other video relay service providers apps.
The more clutters means more space it's going to require from your devices, therefore that also means it's going to take up a lot more of data and that means more less of calling due to limits on data plans but that is where Convo Relay comes in -- Convo Relay's Convo Mobile app is so minimal and simple that will not take too much of your data therefore more calls for you to make!Show lessJoshiesWorld
Best mobile app for VRS
The new Lights feature is a game changer. Best alerting system of any VRS app on the market. The maps feature is also amazing. Being able to make a VRS call without leaving the app is very useful.chearn2
Improvements needed.
- Needs phone messages within the App.
- Need to improve this kind of service when someone calls, give option to either direct the call to leave message or choose to answer the call, and actually open the app, and connect the call.
- Need to open the app faster than a minute.
- Needs to save phone numbers that I've received or missed.
- IPhone light access/choice.
- Need to rid of obvious frustrations or obstacles by this app.

Here is my grade.
This Convo Mobile is not half bad but I still have to give it as 75% out of the 100% because it has lack of log onto stay on all the times. I am surprised that it can't log in by itself like automatically after iPhone is restarted. Log in automatically to stay on all the times and video mail are the most important things for us. They were reasons why I graded it as 75% out of the 100%.Show lessbronzeye007
