Works well
Glad to have an app that will sync with my Google Tasks list and add some extra functionality.
I would really like to have the option to see the subtasks of a task in views other than Items Order (manual sort). I often create many subtasks to help track my progress, and I would really like to be able to see them in the Today view without having to manually change all of them to be due today.Show lessAndriaJones

Functional with a few qualms
I’ve been using this app on iOS now for about 4 years. It does its job reasonably well, and the alert features are helpful. There doesn’t seem to be any app that accomplishes what it sets out to do better than it does.
However, the app does not deliver notifications unless it running in the background, and it doesn’t sync with google tasks unless manually refreshed in the app. Can be very annoying if you’re counting on some notification but quit out of the appShow lessdgbirm
Very nice app
I like this very much. I like the fact that it is free and is not loaded with commercials. I do wish that when you selected an item to check off that it did not disappear so fast. Sometimes my finger may inadvertently touch an item and it is gone before I can realize what I have done. It would be nicer if it checked the item and then allowed me to refresh the screen before submitting the completed task. This way I would have time to uncheck an item if I wanted to.Show lessscidude09
Quick to load and easy to use
I like how the app opens to a to do list rather than to a menu. I wanted this app to replace my ongoing notes list which does not have a check off feature. This program allows you to check something off when it’s done and hide it if that option is chosen.

I am a teacher, mother, and entrepreneur. This allows me to keep my list handy with any device. I can add a task on my Chromebook in my classroom and see it on my phone. Multiple lists make it even better for me so I can organize my tasks by which role of mine they fall under!! Thank you Google!! Haven’t seen better
The app itself is a very good one once you get it set up; although mobile and desktop to apple desktop don’t sync on set ups and at that point you aren’t familiar with the app to know what you are doing as far as customizing. I agree with other reviews on poor customer service. I sent in questions 2 weeks ago and haven’t gotten a reply. Also can’t find the Windows desktop version for the app to purchase either. And, you have to purchase in 3 places if you use mobile and both types of desktops. Also, don’t be fooled by thinking this is a Google product as it’s not. There’s not a better list with the functionality and sharing abilities this app has. In addition to having multiple lists. Would be nice to export into pdf or MSOffice or Google Drive format. You can print though. Lots of sorting and organizing features. Doesn’t provide its abilities anywhere so it’s trial and error.Show lessstefmaxnick
Great software
I like the flexibility that I can use it on my smart phone and all of my computers but I also like the simplicity both in how easy it is to use and also easy to read. I have tried many task management software types that has add one that are annoying and not useful. It’s not surprising that Google puts out another product that works well.Show lessjohnbrubeck
