  • Nice!!! :)

    I’ve been walking, eating better, and losing weight. I wanted to add something to add some muscle and get more results. I came back to this app and it is perfect for me. The workouts are short and doable, but challenging! I love the technique videos. This really is a “no excuses” program. :)
  • Great workout plan

    I have been using this app for a while but am just now really getting into it and I like it a lot. I like the fact that I didn’t have to buy equipment to go with it, and I get a good work out, especially now that I am on level 4. I’ve completed several of the work outs and it never gets old.
  • Easy for newbies

    The free workout is pretty good, I’m a couple days in on the baby gorilla workout. The different exercises are easy to do because of the videos, I love that if I don’t know the proper form I can watch a short video demonstration. Took off a star because the free workout is hard to see at first, it almost looks like an ad when the rest of the page is an actual ad for their paid workouts.

  • Needs More to be Competitive

    Basic functions and use of app is OK. Need to have ability to use timer and see workout at the same time. Also, timer should record your time upon completion and let you know how you rank against all users. Timer history also needs to be available if you want to go back and chart improvement.
  • Great value

    This app offers good workouts for a fair and reasonable price. Easy to follow plans with demonstrations for the exercises if your not sure. As mentioned the timer blocking the view isn’t great but not a major issue.

    It would be good also if there was a way of ticking the sets you’ve done as your going to help you keep track and save you getting lost when doing the same exercise over and over (press ups, pull ups etc) in the specific programs.

  • Great work out

    This app is great for all levels of work out from low level starters to higher levels expert
  • No frills but great workouts and fitness plans

    Lots of fitness apps try to do too much. This one just gives you great fitness plans, which consist of progressive workouts that you do and that get more difficult over time. It’s a but of a pain that it doesn’t highlight the fitness plans you currently have active, but it’s main focus is the workouts and not app bells and whistles. Great for anyone who wants to get fit(ter).

  • So far so good

    I got this a while ago and never used it. Today I decided to be a better me and start exercising at home during the pandemic. I don’t have a lot of space, and know next to nothing about exercise. But the descriptions, and video demonstrations have definitely made it a much more rewarding experience. I never knew how much I was doing wrong during previous exercises. Definitely worth it if your just starting out

  • Decent workout, fewer decisions to make

    Easy to follow and takes the decision making stress off the workout.
  • Fantastic

    I’ve done it before in the past and it really increased the amount of repetitions I was able to do. Got back into it today after a couple of years and let me tell ya, its really beating me up, but I’m loving it. Going it a month and see where I’m at after that time period, looking forward to the results
