Leave a Review Citrix Secure Hub
Great and secure
Any review complaining about having to authorize and then having to reinstall is using a system setup wrong. If you have to do this, then your IT department doesn’t have it correctly configured.Poorly designed
Constantly forces you to authenticate for no reason. Associated apps randomly stop working until you go and authenticated. Over and over and over again. You’d think the integration with FaceID would minimize this need for constant reauthentication but it does not.Forever reinstalling
Clunky app which requires several other apps to be installed, the Hub doesn’t really seem to do anything.
Constantly asking for passwords, often having to type in multiple times before it works. Often also comes up with “Connection timed out” errors, requesting me to connect back to the Hub (when I was already logging into the Hub). The only fix for this is to reinstall which means you lose all of your settings/email signature if you have one.
I really wish I didn’t have to use this software but I have to for work!Show lessNeeds work
So much can be done to this app to make it much more productive and streamline. Apps are constantly asking to be authorised to citrix hub before use, this should be a once off process. Apps then continuously ask for passwords to be re entered, once again a once off process should be applied. Single sign on.Show lessBring back my blackberry
This thing is absolutely atrocious. It stops working minimum once/twice a week. Give me a blackberry any day. Awful.Nigel
Horrible, mechanical, slow, and awkward. Haventonise this for work otherwise I would have given up a long while agoTerrible
Awful app. Every time it updates it stops working for my company so now I can’t even use it to check emails on the go.Worst app I have ever used
As nearly all other people say here, this app is the worst app I have ever had the misfortune to use, due to the multiple requirements to login. It's tedious having to keep entering your password, so their idea of Touch ID is great. The problem is, it will only allow you to do that for so long, and eventually you will be forced to "authorise" the Secure Mail app through Secure Hub app, entering your password there, then being returned to Secure Mail. It really is very tedious.
I just want to open my Mail/Calendar immediately. Often I am rushing to access information and having to go through this tedious process is very very frustrating.
Again, my work forces me to use this terrible app.
"If I could give this 0 stars I would"Show lessCrap
Avoid if you can. I’m forced to use it for work purposes.
It doesn’t integrate with phone contacts or calendar.
Would be so much easier just to VPN into our network and use the office 365 system we use on our laptops.Crashing
This app crashes all the time. Half the time it says I have mail; when I don’t. I continue to see issues trying to open it, but failing to open. This happens at least 3 times a week. Would not recommend this app to any business or individual until these issues are resolved.
