Scammy Refund Policy and Unnecessary Stress

My family used this to try and organize our flights to get everyone on the same page for our family vacation, and so far it’s been the only source of frustration and headache on this trip. It’s lead to our tickets being held hostage by the airline if we didn’t fork over additional money after already paying through this app. We also ran into an issue where someone had their luggage purchased twice so we tried to get the cost refunded and were told it couldn’t be cancelled or refund even though the purchase was made an hour before the refund was requested. Additionally the chat bot works great and fast whenever you want to add something but if you send your confirmation to someone you bought tickets for (like you’d typically do for a family trip) it does a terrible job at communicating what add Ons have already been purchased and the customer service slows to a crawl whenever you need to correct something. So we ended up with seats being jumbled up after paying for them to be put together and money in the void for luggage that doesn’t exist. We were told nothing could be done despite catching the issue within an hour, and I have never encountered an online purchase that didn’t at least have some kind of grace period to let you cancel a purchase.

Doesn’t work

The app does not automatically add trips purchased with the same email address as it’s supposed to. Contacting live chat or customer service results in circular, non helpful responses. It was a waste of a lot of time and there seems to be nowhere to turn.

Disgusting

Immoral and takes advantage of customers. I travel vlog for a living and this has been the worst experience of my life to be honest. And I’m saying that with a lo of density. I have never been treated so inhumane and disrespected. I’m well known online and work in to keep my online presence stable. But cheapoair is the worst travel agency to deal with. I will be posting this and make sure they lose out on customers

Garbage service

I purchased my ticket to save the cost but cheaoair’s customer support doesn’t care my issue(flight delay) and let me contact flight companies to get compensation and change flight. I ended up I spent almost extra $1000 without any compensation. Never use this company again.

Scam!

Reward is just a scam system. You cant use it on booking a hotel, flight or car. I have 21000 points and 5000 expird points good for nothing. Customer service is helpless as they cant generate a coupon code for the points to be redemmed. Best answer they will peovide you with is email rewards@vheapoair which is basically going to give you the same answer. Dont use this platfom for loyality.

App update

To bad when I update my App. I loss my points and my acount and can not remember my email that I use before😭

Please be assured, your points will remain with that profile and once you login, you will get the access to all those points.

Very good service fast,easy and saver

Used to love this app

The newest update doesn’t allow you to change the currency or adjust any settings at all. I live in Canada but I travel a lot, so having this feature to change the currency is pretty important. This used to be my go to app for all flights but now the update just makes a lot of things awkward and complicated. There is a Canadian version of Cheapo air online but it seems the latest update doesn’t cater to anyone but the US on the app :(
