They have to work more on it
The app looks good, but doesn’t really work. It’s imposible to create an account, takes hours to be able to pay for a flight, and I can even check my booking if i don’t sing up, but how I’ll sing up if I can not create the account. Doesn’t make sense

Super Buggy
The most basic tasks that you would do on an airline app are buggy. I had to use the browser, but the mobile website didn’t work properly in Edge either so I had to use my laptop. Even there there were bugs. I am flying TAP for the first time today and I’m hoping the travel experience is better than there App and their site. 😩

Simply the best
We have flown almost every year to Portugal from Boston. Always a smooth experience. Flight attendants are nice and the flight is enjoyable. I would only change one thing. The red wine. I have never had a bad wine in Portugal but the airline wine is awful. Sorry to say. But that is only improvement I would suggest. Thank you for keeping us safe and happy on our journey!!

TAP app
This app is simple and very easy to navel, did not have any issues navigating and loading information
Just need to pay attention to the prompts, it does provide accurate flight information

Is this app supposed to be a joke?
The app has to be the lamest excuse for an airline app in existence (and I’ve used many). It never notified me of continuing delays on a flight. (TAP sent emails…seriously??). The delay in the first leg of the journey caused me to just miss my connecting flight (I waved to the pilot in the cockpit), and TAP assigned me to another flight many hours later. Never, over the course of almost eight additional hours, did the app give me an updated boarding pass, neither one that I could add to Apple Wallet, nor one that could be viewed or accessed within the app. And never, upon flight reassignment, did my new seat assignment appear in the app, nor in my account in a web browser, either. (Spent 1.5 hours in line just to find my seat.) As gates were assigned, and then changed, for both legs of the journey, those assignments and changes never appeared in the app, nor were boarding passes updated. I don’t understand how this could be considered a working app. Does virtually nothing it should do.

Works for me
Lots of negative reviews here, so nearly didn’t bother downloading. Maybe just lucky, but found booking no problem, added advance passenger info and luggage info, and obtained boarding passes by email for myself and my partner no bother. Job’s a good’n.
Pointless App!
What’s the point in having an App where you can’t even access your flight details on the day of your flight? Uninstalled, reinstalled, logged out, logged in … still dosent work! Just a continuous spinning circle of doom …. Rubbish .. 🤬

Worked fine for a week then my travel agent did the check in and now the app doesn t work!! It doesn t find my booking!!
Can’t believe an app can be this bad
Actually I can’t rate the app itself since I am unable to register and log in even though we are booked to fly from Boston to Lisbon in a few weeks. When entering birthdate I learned that you have to input your birth year first in order for the month wheel to go past August. But it won’t send me an email so I can confirm my identity. I’m stuck and give up.
