Please allow us to earn coins to buy stickers. It isn’t fair to us commoners. A dollar for stickers means a dollar less to support my family. App is great for team communication for phone gamers. Don’t know how I survived without it before.Mr.Curtains
Phone calls & video broken!
This app won’t allow phone or video calls on my iPad (iPad mini 5). It keeps coming up with the message “Unable to make call, please try again - R102” I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app & lost all my chat history and it still doesn’t work. I’ve given permission to all the voice and video settings and still not working. Why? Also there appears to be no way to restore your chat history on an iPad even if you’ve backed it up to iCloud on your iPhone. Very frustrating! Bugs on free call
Love the apps been using since the apps was first launched, how ever I have or most of people who I do know that using line experiencing bad call line when you talking to each other for at least 10mins somehow the line just went dead silent so I have to end the line and call back to the person again and it happened every single time even i just brought a brand new phone it does still happen. Kindly can someone have a look into the issue and sort it out please. Many thanks.

This app is sooooo good! There are many different options and it’s has fun little things that make it even more useful and handy.
But! How do you get LINE points???? No matter how hard I try, I can’t get any! My favourite part about this app is the stickers, yet I can’t get anymore D:
I don’t know if it’s just me or more people have this trouble, but it’s something that I would love help with and/or get this problem fixed.

Siri integration

I have been using Line for the past 5 years. It’s been great so far. It would be better if you can integrate the app with siri for iPhone users. I noticed that you have Siri shortcut but it’s not working with me. I have enabled Siri shortcuts, created siri shortcuts, but it just won’t work. Great app but a few bugs and glitches
I don’t understand why I am not able to use the app on my tablet and phone is the first programming error keeps wanting to delete my information and When I am on the go I use my phone but when I am home I use my tablet this issue needs to be fixed ASAP. The other issue I am having is that the photos I receive it won’t allow me to save them to my photo album on either device it just says loading and the spinning wheel of death just stays on the screen. I am also having issues with the program staying open and sending me updates of a new message being received have to periodically check to see if I have a new message. I am using all apple products and have most recent operating system iPhone XR and iPad Pro are the devices that I am using.Show lessBAMFMMA
Unimpressed with an unnecessary glitch
After one of the recent big updates, the quality of the app deteriorated in my opinion. While I can still receive videos and pictures, I can’t send any of my own. It takes over 30 minutes over resending before they finally go through, if they ever go through at all. I’ve used this app for over two years now and this is the first time I’ve had this issue, and it only came after an update. I’m without wifi in my current situation, but my other apps send and receive pictures and videos just find on my data so the problem isn’t caused by the lack of wifi. When I finally had a wifi connection a few days ago, the problem persisted. This is an in app issue that shouldn’t have been a problem to begin with. Been a Line User since 2012 I love it but...
I’ve been using Line since 2012 and it’s my #1 SNS app to chat with my friends I prefer it vastly over Whatsapp (which I only use with my family). Also since I moved back home last April I was relieved to transfer my account to my new number and see everything was left as if I’ve never changed my number, my chat history was there and all even my photos! However it might’ve been changed recently or I haven’t noticed but do you guys remember we could follow Official Accounts from other parts of the world? That’s how I came across Gackt, Flumpool and Uverworld etc (I’ve already been a fan of them I was just happy to find their Line accounts and announcements!) and right now as I was checking to see if I could add more J-Rock bands’ accounts I saw that the ‘change region’ button on the Official Accounts interface disappeared? What’s up with that? I can’t see new accounts from Japan anymore! And honestly the ones from my home country Ecuador are...nothing exciting...therefore could Line bring that back?? Please? The best thing I ever downloaded!
So many people gave this great app a horrible rating, but that was all a year ago. Download line in 2019-and trust me, you won’t regret it. And no, I don’t work for line, I'm just a proud user of the app. It has cute stickers-and the video calling quality is honestly better than FaceTime- and I have an iPhone that pretty much just came out. I only use it because I’m in Japan
I find Line a necessary evil in that I have to use it as it is ubiquitous in Japan. But whenever I have to load it onto a new device, that’s when the headache begins. All my chats and contacts are lost and I have to ask people again for their contact details.
It’s lame, but I am forced to use it to stay in contact with people in JapanShow lessDaMan!!
