Can’t see pay statements
Just trying to see my pay stub, but it won’t load

I have never had an app like this with an employer and I find it so helpful to be able to easily access pay statements. The information is clear and easily accessible.

Adp robbing me. Can change tax withholding on the app only federal not state.
I have confirmed through my HR and my lawyers that my employer is not responsible for changing my tax withholding. I can address my tax withholding, calculator numbers for federal tax withholding however, on the app, I can’t change my state tax withholding. It’s withdrawing the maximum amount and it’s only supposed to take $20 instead of $150 every paycheck which is way too much for it to be taking out there’s no way on earth for me to just stay with holding it’s not fair. I’ve been robbed so many times I don’t own a laptop or a main computer to change it. I only have the mobile app. Why can’t we changeChange it on the mobile app as well regarding our state withholdings!!! It’s not fair when our company use Paycor we could always change your state tax withholding on the freaking app and I can’t do it on this in ADP doesn’t have a phone number unlike Paycor to get a hold of somebody to help youNo one’s gonna respond to my complaint and no one’s going to compensate me. You guys have stolen over $11,000 for me this year

Hello, the employers control the access, and they may require you to provide them with a new W4 for your change in withholding. If you do not have access to change this on the app, please ask your employer for their employer's portal so you can make the change, or they can change this for you in their payroll system. Poor app experience with terrible Business Support
Constantly gets stuck at the ADP logo. This usually prompts the CS team to suggest clearing your cache or deleting the app and reinstalling. While this is fine for the first few troubleshooting sessions, it’s wholly unacceptable on an ongoing basis and for an org full of people. The app should work for sign-ins 100% of the time.
Also, why does this app need a 5 second splash screen on every launch. Show me the content I care about as a user (ie. Payslips) straight away. Very inefficient user experience.

HAVING ISSUES
I’m having major issues logging in. It’s a great app and I use it for my hours and work but since the last two updates I can’t log on nor can I use quick clock, please help

after updating the app my screen never passes the loading adp screen, great job guys! right on time for tax season 😃 how ab fixing the app instead of gaslighting us into deleting and reinstalling, yk it won’t help…
Worst App ever
App always have bugs and doesn’t open properly most of the time. The features and limited and displayed poorly. It has much more to improve and develop. It’s not my favourite app at all.
