No longer support iA9 radio
I have a iA9 and this app no longer connects.
Radio works perfectly fine, but I can no longer update the clock and date with this app. I don't think BSI cares about their old customers.
Reload on a new iPhone seemed like it connected and then said something about device not working

Loved it until I got my new iPhone!
Loved this until I bought the iPhone 11 pro max now it won’t work every time I try to set it up it says it needs to be updated once I press update it says it up to date! So now I have to donate it since it’s un usable for me now I’m extremely disappointed since I absolutely love my dock when I want to listen to music great sound quality for something so little! I really hope there is a way to make a new update for the iPhone 11 pro max so I don’t have to get rid of it!Show lessamyt14
Gotta love that lockout image.
Got a hold of a secondhand iP50 dock that uses Bluetooth and the older 30-pin interface, which is why it was cheap secondhand.
However, on a modern Lightning equipped phone (iPhone 8 Plus) and pairing only with Bluetooth, I was greeted with a lockout screen, telling me to connect the device to the 30-pin after a few seconds of quick adjusting. The app was pretty convenient for the few seconds of using it, almost all parameters from alarm set, to tone control, to even dimming the display. Slick until it tripped hard.
Way to go, Soundesign! The iP50 is pretty good on its own, a shame about this app.Show lessI Know My Garbage
Won’t even connect
Downloaded this app to control my iHome w3 wireless speaker I’ve had in storage for about two years. Charged up the speaker and tried to connect to my new WiFi setup and the app won’t even stay open when I try to connect my iPhone to it via a lightning cable. Now I’ve got an usable speaker that I paid a lot of money for just a few years ago. I’ll never buy another iHome product again if this is how they support their products.Show lessDT2376

What a terrible company! I now have an expensive brick on my nightstand. No app update for over 2 years and now the app has suddenly STOPPED working! This isn’t my first iPhone brick. I gave them a chance a few years ago when I got my LAST iHome product. No more. The company charges $100 for a clock radio and then stops supporting the app that made it work. I am done with this fly-by-night company of crooks.Show lessnussc
Horrible app.
Unable to setup WiFi for wireless connection because the app keep crashing. When I first purchased the iHome app it worked fine. No issues. I moved a year later and left my speaker packed away. I tried to setup the speakers 2 years later using app and the app kept crashing when I tried to open it. I can only operate the speakers with manual connection.Show lessWeezie62
Crashes when connecting iW3 speaker on iOS 12.1
I have several iHome iW3 speakers that I use for Airplay streaming. I need to reset the wifi settings on them. When I launch this app on an iPhone or iPad running the current version of iOS and connect the speaker via USB, I briefly see the current settings of the device and then the app crashes.TheObstacle
Does not function as it should
The alarm clock in itself is nice, however every time I try to set my alarm, on the app, the app quits and I’ve tried restarting/resetting my phone, and nothing works. So I have to use the default 6AM alarm, when I would like to set one for 5AM and 5:30AM. Again, good alarm clock, but this app needs a lot of work.Show lesscooldinthaha
Why so much hate?
I don’t get why so many people are complaining about an alarm clock function when iPhones/pods/pads come with a built in alarm clock feature. This app is definitely NOT useless. In order to play my music through my docking station I have to have this app. It has to used. Therefore it’s useful. Crashes on use
The app sounded like a great idea. When I bought the clock I didn’t know this was a feature. However, This app does not even remotely work, you have to dock your phone to open, and as soon as you open any function in the app it crashes. No matter what window you open, it will instantly crash. 0/10 completely unusable.Show lessBeyahs
