Fantastic App

Researched a lot of password apps after using some of the cloud based ones. Enpass looked to be the best. I liked the idea it’s not cloud based and resides on your phone (though you still have the option to sync via iCloud or export manually to a computer). Overall a fantastic well priced app from a great developer!

Enpass password manager

I have been a very long time Subscriber matter fact I bought the lifetime subscription probably 10+ years ago and I really enjoy getting all the free updates on the apps over the years and never having to pay for a subscription again thank you very much for keeping your promise for the lifetime subscription. You guys are about the only ones that I have seen that truly mean when they say a lifetime subscription it truly is a lifetime so far. I have seen so many other platforms say it’s a lifetime subscription and then a few years down the road they say oh you gotta upgrade to this in order to get that extra features for free or for lifetime again.

Export password function, not working

Exporting passwords on Enpass for windows won’t export the vault as JSON CSV TXT and will not allow me to print the vault

Enpass well designed

Very pleased with this app that lets me save my sensitive data locally and not on their servers. Was a long-time 1Password user until their version 8 forced me to store passwords on their server and no longer allowed me to have a local copy of my data under my control. Love the Enpass user interface which is well designed and user friendly. Happy to recommend!

Enpass is not cloud served!! THANK YOU! This is my sole REASON for switching to Enpass.

Just got Enpass. I left 1Password after having used it for YEARS. Simply because it is moving away from device storage or cloud based sync of our choice and moving towards its own cloud server. Anyone in the space knows that this is the biggest weak point. Yes they have some added security with thier encrypt keys…. But the proper way to store this stuff is offline with a cloud SYNC that does not store the data on the cloud in an an online account… encrypted or not. Needless to say, I am enjoying the UI and the import was so incredibly easy. Hoping I grow fond of its UI and features too!

All about privacy

I use Enpass on Windows, Linux and IOS. I don’t think think it is for every user as some of the initial configuration can take a bit of figuring if are not too technically versed. I used Bitwarden cloud but the have been a number of security exploits against these so called Cloud vault managers (excluding Bitwarden) and I wanted something not controlled by a provider at a premium. Also if data is stolen they are not always that forthcoming about these breaches. All in all I bought the lifetime Enpass because I was told by a mate it is a way to control all your creds and there are additional ways of securing it. As long as you secure all your key files and keep you vault passwords safe it is uber safe. I have used others like Keeper and Onepassword and they all have the same issue. You are not in control.

easily been 5 years since I started using this app and it’s brilliant. the design of the iOS app and the desktop companion are seamless, it integrates into pc browsers really well. I actually love this app, especially considering (at time of purchase at least) it has genuine lifetime subscription option instead of an ongoing fee. THANK YOU.

The safest password keeper so far. I love it but the unfortunate thing is that once you mistakenly delete the app from your phone, all your data kept on it is gone and you might not be able to retrieve it; except you start all over again by installing a new app.
