Big problem, iOS Bug, stuck on a endless bug, indian robber abishek works for them

If the user is on a flight who can activate their app. I am a premium user, and the iOS bug / makes you reactivate the app, every few days, none of the other premium apps, ask you to keep reactivating, this is a flaw of enpass, otherwise it works ok.. The problem is the developer says they fixed this serious bug, but it just happens again and again. Their support donโ€™t even want to acknowledge they will fix it, the developer put an endless to loop to reactivate premium users on iOS. But what if you are not able to connect and you are stuck in the desert or on a flight, or have gone on a cruise ship. Does the developer really think we have to keep emailing them endlessly? I can replace your app in 5 minutes? do you really want to waste my time?the robber who works for them is called abishek, he sends you the same message every time and takes control of your passwords by deactivating your paid account

Google needs to get better

Google, completely, and repeatedly locked me out of my passwords, because they said my account is full.I set enpass up years ago but now it wonโ€™t let me autofill because it says to finish serring it up, where is the set up link.

Good app but you have to be careful

The app is good and has potential but there are some bugs in both the iPhone and Mac app that are very easy to resolve. However, the company's support is very bad and they don't even respond to emails even if they are a premium user. So be very careful about keeping your passwords in this app because you could end up losing access due to a bug and unfortunately you won't have support to help.

Just works

I rarely write reviews but I a year ago I committed to switch from the same weak password everywhere to unique passwords all generated with Enpass. It works on all my devices, syncs seamlessly and does what I want. Passwords are still a pain but the switch has been worth it and Enpass works well when you take the time to put in all your passwords. I can share passwords easily with my kids for stuff like Netflix, and keep my own stuff private as well. Havenโ€™t used the other competitors out there but I really like the chance to pay once and be done. Unexpected use case: parents. My parents use their birth date as their password, so got them a license as well and spent a day setting them all up and helped them change their passwords and now theyโ€™re up and running well so Iโ€™m less scared theyโ€™re going to get scammed out of their life savings.

Love it, but iOS 17 broke something

The latest iOS update is preventing me from pasting into forms from enpass. Since updating I need to press info on the credential list item and copy the password to the clipboard from the credential page instead of just tapping the credential list item and everything autofilling.

This isn't the only app I have that was broken by this iOS update so I by no means blame the developers. No changes to settings or any other options have been changed aside from the OS update. I haven't seen anyone else talking about this, so it may be a bug localized to my device.

I just want my experience known incase there are others who are frustrated by a similar experience.

I used to love enpass but

Lately with each update and continual "it's been a while" 2fa prompts, I'm highly disappointed.

Time to look elsewhere unfortunately.

A fix has been implemented with the release of the new stable Enpass version, v6.9.3 for iOS. We kindly request you to consider Force closing the Enpass Application and then reinstalling it.

Great app very poor support

The product is great but the support is the worst I have seen for an online product in my lifetime. They just send you emails referring you to the manual you already have.
