Update failure
After performing the update on an iPhone 4, the app is totally non-functional. It does not display any requests in any view option & authentication error at each log in.
Upgrade
App upgrade last night automatically and the app will not open. Just flashes dots and closes.
Needs more features.
This app very basic. I'm not able to see attachments in tickets, or the complete ticket. I need access to the every email associated with a ticket not the main ticket. Once you get that done this will be a good app to use daily.

Formatting and autocorrect missing.
Replies do not auto fill in email address of requestor.
Unable to access other areas such as inventory, purchasing, or contracts.
Only thing this is good for is picking up and replying, but that still needs more work.

Severely lacking basic functionality
This app is an absolutely great idea, but its completely unusable in its current state. You can view the most basic details of tickets (not even the complete description!), assign them and reply to them, but you can't see the conversations at all. If I'm looking at a ticket, either one assigned to me or someone else, it's extremely important for me to be able to see the dialog between the end user and the Helpdesk. Without this, it's completely worthless.
Please at least add this basic function! And while you're at it, please add the ability to at least preview attachments.

Having an app that allows me to quickly reassign tickets to my staff helps tremendously! An iPad app would be greatly appreciated! I agree with other users.. More features... More uses!
Not Very Useful
Like others have said, it is just too basic to be useful. It doesn't show all the fields so if you have a field that is required to close the ticket and that field isn't displayed then you can't close the ticket. It needs a ton of work at this point.
