    Purchased all in app subscription to do a couple of my cars which on the side says it supports but using the app to do extra stuff you need to to buy another subscription, which is crazy the whole point of me buying it is too use diagnostics to do that I have to subscribe for another subscription plus its buggy, keep requesting to update some features download it and still doesn’t work and ask to download again. email company and after went through with the technical support they refunded me only half they said I bought the adapter for the adapter useless as I’m not downloaded another app from the App Store working fine

  • New user bmw x5 E70

    Fast customer service.
    Very clear before signing in as a subscription service.(yearly)
    Bought it mostly for coding,
    Would be great if the engineers would update/upgrade the app more often even some older bmw x5 ( for which there thousands still around).
    In my case steering wheel/ easy entry/exit would not disable.
    Some values = exactly engine temperature are off ( high with carly) when compared to actual one from bmw x5 dashboard reading by 3 to 4 degrees Celsius .
    Odometer manipulation does not tell if each unit ( ECU) is actually re-written, but rather km in the duration from time when it was manufactured (sometimes elderly don’t drive to much for certain periods)
    Still exploring and will wait for new updates.

  • Awful! awful! Awful

    Still can’t figure out how to clear my diagnostic code without paying more than my already high annual subscription.
    Constant upselling in app. Unable or unwilling to detect Carly vs internet so menus don’t work unless you manually switch. They give no warnings. Why are so may “ enhanced” features use the internet but you’re connected to a device over wifi?
    Awful UX experience for the price they charge.
    I have been a user for over 5yrs and the latest upgrade is simply awful.

  • DO NOT BUY SCAM

    SCAMMERS read all the feedback how they are scamming people it’s all true
    I have 2018 Toyota Tundra they promise that I can unlock 40 different features not even 1 can be unlock nothing is working so I throw out the device two weeks after purchasing this was 11 months ago and just yesterday they charge me another $130 for one more year without sending any emails that they will charge me after contacting them. They said I’m sorry nothing we can do. Please enjoy your one more year, how disgusting this is

  • No good for E60 bmw

    Bought to use on my E60 and it’s disappointing, none of the battery check or coding sections work and it generates random error codes that don’t relate to the mileage of the car. To be fair they do offer a refund although sometimes it takes a while to come through. Not worth the money for this particular vehicle.

    I thought I would provide an update as they no longer respond to emails so they don’t provide a refund when promised, I have requested that they confirm auto renew as not been agreed and they just ignore the email hence you have to cancel or freeze the original payment method to prevent them taking any money.

    Dreadful, there are far better more honest companies out there providing car analysis software. Please avoid

  • Don’t fall into the trap.

    This company advertises on a promise that’s not accurate. Though the scans are helpful, you never get the value for what you pay. Would be better off getting a real scanner. Rather than pay year after year for no reason.

    Do not get the subscription. The simple fact that they require an email to cancel the subscription should be a clear sign to stay away.

  • ITS A SCAM I PROMISE

    They deleted my account for no reason when I say that they didn't give me an explanation they literally took my money and I barely was able to use the app for even 3 months and they took 200+ dollars and I waited weeks for the product if you see this I highly recommend not buying this because you will I repeat you will get scam of 200+ dollars listen to me

    Not sure what bots are making positive reviews. The product is bad. If you cancel your subscription, they’ll still charge your credit card a year later for way more than the Apple subscription (over double) and flatly refuse to refund.

  • Total junk . They charged me another 167 bucks for nothing

    I ordered a Carly dongle about this time last year. I noticed a charge for $167 on my account. It was declined because I had the car cut off. I looked to see why and apparently you have to send them original receipt and it Hass to be two weeks before the cancellation date or you have to pay for the whole extra year. Even if you’re not using it at all. which I am not and have not .. it’s no good to begin with. It’s not a good product, I get as much information from a cheap Walmart scanner if not more. Total waste of money and time and once they get your information they will continuously charge you. 167 bucks a year for nothing .. beware … total scam ..,

  • Fraudulent company!

    This App is NOT a one-time purchase. Be warned that they sign you up for annual renewal at whatever future price when you purchase the license through their website. This fact is obscured deep in their T&Cs. Only recourse is through your credit card provider and on consumer websites warning people of these tactics!
