NEVER CONNECTS TO BLUETOOTH!
Takes about 10 times to connect and only after I get up from one end of house to baby room and unplug cord from monitor and reconnect. Did that daily as I tucked in my child because I already knew it would need to be done to work. That was over a yr ago. NOW it says make sure in range! If it’s able to work from another state WHY DONT IT CONNECT in the SAME HOUSE. Please fix! Better yet Please send m a New Model that works for Real!
Loved how it worked 5 hrs ago perfect NO Problems at all and now that my child wants me to just Say goodnight I Love You from My bed that I’m watching over her it won’t Connect at all ever. Loved it once maybe I need new one sent to me. Thanks againShow less12renee

After 13 emails back and forth with customer service it finally works via data and wifi/Bluetooth.
Not compatible with iOS 12.1. Last update was a year ago. Can only view while on wifi. Does not work with cellular data since iOS 12.1 update. Please fix!Veetle beetle
Not compatible with iOS 11
The app is just ok. Nothing fancy, nothing great, nothing terrible... But the worst is that since I upgraded to iOS 11, I can’t use it anymore... looks like withings guys are not investing in the app anymore, and for the price of their devices, I think this is a shame.Arno_007

I’ve long since made my peace with the bad quality and design of this app. It’s amateur hour for sure—although the hardware is great. But please rebuild and resubmit your app for 64 bit support so it works on iOS 11. You’ve had months to do this and it’s not rocket science.NickH206

This app works just fine. But there hasn't been an update ever since I bought it 3 yrs ago. Looks like this company just it in the dark now. What a useless 300 dollars it was. Update your app boys we need this 300 dollar camera still. I won't be buying products from this fools again.Le Acim
Love the App - needs an update
I've been using the app since my daughter was born 3 years (now we only check it every so often to make sure she's still in bed) and love it - a lifesaver for us when she was in her first year of life (after learning to use it on wifi and not use up so much data). Now, almost every time I use the app, I get a message from Apple saying that the developer needs to update the app otherwise it won't work soon - please update to keep up with the new iOS!Show lessTdeanery

Doesn't work most of the time
App is not maintained. Quite frankly the vendor isn't supporting ongoing maintenance of its own product. If your read this review in time, return the product for something else. Two stars because when it does work it's a good product, but it pretty much never works. The app goes out all the time and disconnects from the device, which makes it useless. The features like the microphone, music and lights are great, but if you can't connect you can't use them, let alone see the baby. I've tried so many times to get this product to work. I just opened the app and my iPhone says the developer needs to update the app or else it will make my phone run slow. Why hasn't the app been updated since 2014???thelilprincess
It's ok, when it works
The videos quality isn't the best but it's doable. The problem is that it doesn't always connect. I unplug it, delete and reinstall the app, turn my phone off & on. Nothing seems to work. It just starts working when it feels like it I guess. I've been using this monitor for one year. I have a backup monitor that doesn't have video because this one is so undependable.Show lessjenr5171
