Very unstable App
Withings really needs to figure out how to make sure that when the user enables or disables the app, that it STAYS that way! I could have disabled it and it would start going off when I don't need it on. Even when I "quit" the app on my iPhone or iPad, it still turns on or off by itself.

Each time Withings updates this app something else goes haywire. I was an early adaptor to this product about two years ago when the app worked flawlessly. Since that time this product has become completely unreliable at best. The bottom line is that some people have absolutely no issues and they have a wonderful product. Others have a very expensive paper weight. I have been on both sides for quite sometime now and I could not recommend this product to any parent in good faith, it just isn't reliable! Whether it's connection issues or alerts not going off or going off at the incorrect time you can never feel at ease. The next issue is that Withings has been completely unresponsive to repeated pleas for help correcting these issues. Once again some people get a response from them and others like myself never get any response. There are other monitors out there that do a much better job, I unfortunately am stuck with them as I have a large amount of money sunk into two monitors that use to work great. Don’t get the bad reviews! It’s been perfect for me!
I bought the monitor to keep an eye on our dogs and monitor the temp. in our RV. Then I read the reviews on the app and freaked. Well, I downloaded anyway to see what happened……….it’s been perfect, not one single problem. I do not understand what all the negative review are about, unless maybe from a competing company?? I love this thing, the app launches very quickly (way faster than my IZON!) and I have double checked the temperature readings as well. They are pretty accurate. So, for me, this is exactly what I have been looking for and it works like a charm.Show lessDisaster Chick
Need to be able to listen on my Bluetooth headset!
I like Withings products but this has two issues. It's always dead unless plugged in. An I can't listen to it on my Bluetooth headset. It just drains my phone battery using the speaker!I wish it were better

I hope it's not too late and that your are wise enough to read about the app before purchasing the device, if the app doesn't work the hardware is useless, and to avoid pouring my frustration with this product in the review and end up writing an angry rant, all I will say is buy this device at your own risk, the probability that you won't be able to get past the initial setup and therefore end up with a useless plastic cube, is huge, the app is a mess, the compatibility is a mess, it simply doesn't work, and when you start working on a solution with customer support, that's when it really gets disappointing, this product belongs in the garbage.Show lessGentrev
Withings baby monitor
I purchased my baby monitor over 2 years ago and have never been able to use it and after trying to get support from them was not allowed to return it for a refund. I have since purchased a different video monitor that works with my apple devices but this baby monitor never has worked. Do not waste your money it is not worth it!!!!Show lesscbrooke2001
A lot of bugs need to be worked out
The program turns the monitoring off randomly. The alert settings change themselves and don't alert within the correct limits. For example, the temperature alert range change itself to greater than 300 degrees.

Latest update broke the monitor
I've been using my wings baby monitor for the past 17 months and have LOVED it. I have recommend it to everyone I know who is having a baby because it is so amazing. Until this most recent update.
I don't know what bug fixes they addressed with it but they have utterly ruined the app. Being able to actually view video on it is hit or miss now, about 70% of the time it fails and says it can't connect to the monitor. No video, audio, stats, or alerts. Nothing. It's completely useless. Between 4 iPads, 2 iPhones, and a computer only one device could get the video feed. Another day different devices could connect while others failed. There is no rhyme or reason to which devices can connect at any given time or when they can connect.
My amazing baby monitor has become a huge frustration and causes me a significant amount of grief now because I cannot consistently monitor my son when I want to. This app needs some serious revision.Show lesstelmmi
Went from fine to horrible
This app always worked fine until the update which has caused the video to never refresh or just be blabk; this is happening on four different iOS devices so it's definitely not something on my endjeffalopolis
Moving in the right direction, but...
...still a way to go. It looks like this version resolved one component of the Fahrenheit threshold issue. It now keeps the Fahrenheit temperature range you set. However while in Fahrenheit mode it still alerts an "out of threshold" alarm even though the actual temp indicated by the device is within the acceptable range. This all used to work fine two versions ago. Btw I don't have the reported stability problems that others report but I have my device running exclusively on a dedicated Ethernet port.
