  • Worst App Ever. Terrible Company

    The app is AWFUL. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. We had high hopes for this, but it hasn't worked properly since day 1. It rots in our closet now. The company hasn't released any updates to fix obvious disastrous problems and is completely unresponsive to emails concerning this. I hope they go out of business for their fraudulent product.

  • Used to work great, horrible now!!!

    The main reason I spent so much on this baby monitor is because of the temp sensor. However, not sure what happened lately but I keep getting constant low temp alerts no matter what I do!!!!! Even if I turn the temp monitoring off I still keep getting alerts!! Of course I got no response from my email.... Sad support. Until they fix their myriad of recent issues I would NOT recommend this monitor....

  • Worked great but now it doesn't

    Please please please fix this app. It is an expensive device that we were willing to pay for because we thought it would bring us piece of mind when it came to our first baby. It worked great at first. But we haven't had an alert in over 3 weeks. We have spent weeks on email tech support (bc there is no phone support) begging them to do something to help us. I have been in tears over this issue. At any given moment there is
    Something on this monitor/app that is not working. 90%of the time it's the push notifications. Luckily I can wake up from a dead sleep when my baby is really crying and I can hear him down the hall, but how would I know how long he has been crying? Please fix this. We have been so upset over this issue and the poor customer support. :(

  • Out of the box and doesn't work!

    Can't get pass through the sending wifi info for it to connect. And what's worse and reveals the lack of attention from the company, the terms of use while creating the account take you to their website's "can't find that page"!!! But to advance you have to agree to that! Ironic ha? Terrible experience, really expensive hardware, worst software! DONT BUY!

  • If I can't see my baby, what's the point?!

    Over the past 17 months we have had numerous problems. This go round, our iPads still work with the camera. However, our iphones cannot access it despite numerous resets, reinstalls, updates, and cursing. Please, please just get it right withings!
  • It started out so well...

    I am so frustrated with this product. It started out as the best monitor you can find. WiFi capable, reliable, amazing images. Now after nine months, we are buying a new monitor. The signal breaks down (I have a really fast cable connection, a new Apple time capsule and IPhone 5s so it's not my hardware), the blue tooth connection is frustrating and the App never gets updates. I have literally reset and reinstalled everything to no avail. I feel like this could be an amazing product again if the App and the Withings server was attended to, but it seems they forgot that they produced a baby monitor. I hate to say it but just get a Motorola monitor. You'll save yourself as a new parent money and frustration.

  • Worthless Product

    When you buy a baby monitor your primary concern is the safety of your baby. This monitor is so unreliable you can't relax and know your child is ok. I've spent countless hours trying to get it to work yet it continuously fails, disconnects and won't reconnect, will work on one device and not another and sometime on no device. The first night we decided to start sleep training and let our son cry it out for short periods of time the monitor failed. We slept all night and woke up rested but poor baby may have cried his heart out we just don't know. I guess on the up side that may have significantly sped up our sleep training efforts. You are better off getting yourself a 2nd iOS device, buying the $3.99 baby monitor iOS to iOS app and calling it a day.

  • Great app with some limitations...

    The good:
    + play music (adjust volume and duration)
    + talk to baby and hear also
    + view baby (zoom, pan and even take low res. photo)
    + alerts of various kinds
    all while not physically at home (with mom and baby)
    + remote network lag not too bad due to fast home internet and wireless router

    The bad:
    - alerts seem to have typo. saying temperature low when it should say temperature high??
    - occasional signal drop off (could be my cellular broadband provider) leading to need to re-sync
    - unintuitive adjustment drag bar (not sure which way is to increase sensitive to motion or sound)
    - would like to play other music from personal library
    - took a little effort to set up the first time via Wi-Fi due to security setup of personal network needing not so disclosed wireless MAC address

    Would definitely recommend this product suite for other parents. Have not tried multiple monitor setup; so can't comment on that.

  • Love my WithBaby!

    We've been using this for 4 months and love it! Haven't had the issues others are talking about. Running the app on 2 up to date iPhone 4S's and an older gen iPad that's definitely not up to date. Has disconnected a few times but shoddy home network is probably more likely to blame. Only complaint is about the device (battery runs out very quickly when not plugged in). App hasn't been perfect but overall love this monitor!

  • few updates and fewer options

    this monitor like many have said here seemed promising at first but suffers from a lack of updates. it needs more music options ie the ability to select your tunes vs the few cliche choices it offers in its menu. it truly needs a option to adjust brightness and contrast as sometimes the infrared picture just looks like a puzzling black & white mess. and new user interface in the app itself, ie why is it when you select a music tune can you only tell that selection from hearing it an not see a visual marker showing what is selected??? if this monitor lacked it bluetooth ability and temp monitor i would just have bought another monitor for less money. WITHINGS DESIGNERS PLEASE READ THE COMMENTS HEAR AND FIX THIS APP! at this point you get a 1 star for horrible customer service.
