  • Best Chat Software of all time!

    We’ve been with them since the beginning & will never use anyone else for any site or company I go to, make them use Comm100. It doesn’t get any better than this company… they are the BEST!!!

    Best chat software in the world. They started small a long time ago & I remember customer service reps being the same there were so few. Now it’s bigger and better… the speed; the information, the placement, the options which I don’t utilize enough of them but we should…Thank You for changing my world & thank you for all that you do to help small, medium & even big business to contribute to the economy and a beautiful world humans too often take for granted so this is a sweet victory of appreciation to a much deserved bad Mamba Jamba chat program! All positive! Nothing but praise & respect. Hands down best chat program to ever be invented & the people are soooo nice, so real & it’s very rare to find a near perfect company like Comm100! Thank You

  • So bad for major customer chat system

    Slow to answer customer calls and sometimes hangs when retuning to app and has no way of communicating with other colleagues. Using it on and off for two years and nothing is fixed. Keyboard won’t pop down in chat to see other plane and chats disappear.. needs a makeover badly
  • Buggy as ever

    Stuck on loading with latest update. Tried to delete the app so I could reinstall it and was totally unsuccessful. Tried to shut off and reboot my iPad and the problem remained. It used to work flawlessly for years until this latest April 2021 update.
  • Fantastic! Gets the job done!

    Loving the app, so easy to use and just gets the job done. I’m able to connect with my customers on the go! Highly recommend it.

  • Needs more

    This app is pretty good but there are a few issues:

    1. You can only view your chats and not your teams active chats. This is not good if you are a supervisor and wish to view a chat without joining the chat. This is not a problem on desktop.
    2. The app constantly logs me out and I have to log back in multiple times per day. This happens on desktop as well but nearly as frequently.
    3. You can not be logged into the desktop and mobile app at the same time. A user account should include one active mobile and one active desktop app login.

    Overall this service is good and offers a lot of functionality which makes the above shortcomings feel very odd and unexpected.

  • Works fine, but needs some fine tuning

    App works great, but can’t find the option to ban IP’s. Also, getting quite a lot of Google crawler calls - which is very annoying.
    It would also be nice that when my phone is without internet, the server would put my chat status offline, but it does not. When I put my phone on flight mode at night, the live chat stays online on the website.
    Other than that this app works superb and I’m really happy with it!

  • Agent acccessibility

    I use the website Comm100 for a volunteer position. I wish the app allowed a tab to chat with other agents, as we are not allowed to use the app because of the lack of this feature.
