Works well but an important feature missing
This is a great app and works as just a small basic version of the main PC app for when you move around and can't use access the full computer. However, it's missing the vital Location flag icon so you don't know where your current visitors are from 'at a glance' which the pc version has, unless you click the 'i' (info) on each visitor. It's really important that at a glance I can see if anyone is from my country (or even better my city), and then I can push a message to help them. An IP address by itself is of no use at all to show.Show lesskingdoz

This is a excellent app for my business. It allow me to answer questions about my service when I'm on the go. It has a support ticket system so you can answer tickets later if your off line. It also provides a news letter & knowledge base feature if you need itNaASinc
