We use Comm100 live chat on our site and this app helps when our operators are mobile and need to monitor visitors. The app could use more bells and whistles but it handles the basics we need to service our visitors.Girlzx4
Pretty good job of keeping connected
I have used this app for a couple years. It does a pretty good job of allowing me to monitor our website when I am on the road.
Only negative is it does not do a good job notifying you when you have a new chat. The sound is so soft that I miss it when I am driving. Needs to notify you like you are getting a text message.
I would give it 5 stars if they would improve the chat notification.Show lessVitamvas

Best live chat app and tool before iOS 9
I have tried them all - this is the only live chat app where push notifications work for when a new customer comes to your site. This was before the iOS 9 upgrade - the last two weeks, the app is unusable.Tiki185738
