Totally paranoid
The security measures in this app or ludicrous. Right now I am trying to login but for that I need to confirm on the app and the app complains that it doesn’t have a phone number which I can only supply by logging in. In other words I’m stuck. This seems to happen every time I try to use the website

New update killed this app
Since the new update and look this app has been terrible.
Not user friendly
After update not able to log in anymore.. Nice if you life abroad.🤬
Not able to open app
The app used to be really great. Since the last update it seems impossible to log in via a mobile network. The circle just keeps spinning forever. On WiFi everything works fine. (Mobile data etc is of course activated for the app)
Only works with WiFi
App refuses to open when on UK mobile network. Problem goes away when a Dutch SIM is used.
I hope ING fixes this soon, especially since it becomes a requirement to use the app to do any banking!
Alternatively a switch to another bank is the only way.

Worst app from the worst bank
Literally unusable. I’ve had issue after issue with this bank and this app, and have been sent around in circles between departments trying to fix it.
I still can’t even log in after 6 visits to different branches. Go elsewhere.

No longer working after update
Updated the app and now I cannot login anymore
Worse after every update
Everytime ING plans an update functionality is taken away. From one click overview we’re now at 3 clicks and no overview.
