“Extra comfort” ride option is a scam. English support is poor in ap
I have some luggage in some rides. I ordered “extra comfort” options for rides with luggage hoping for more spacious car. It’s exactly same ford mundeo black cars that I had with all the regular rides. I took 4 regular rides and 2 extra comfort. Extra comfort is 35-40% extra for no reasons. That option shouldn’t exist.
On the top, the “extra comfort” driver added more then a euro for time to set up luggage which we carried on lap. We all were there waiting for her at the exact spot. So it was more luggage loading time. I am not sure if that’s normal.
I bet the company can’t give a single definitive difference between regular or extra comfort ride for 40% upcharge.
The app may look fine for English language users for first 2-3 prompts but it’s but for anything more then ordering ride. If you want to chat to customer support, the options are in Spanish only. So you have to take picture, use google translate. Same thing with driver chat. You can’t just copy the words to check the translation, as that option doesn’t exist. So again take picture every time driver says something on chat to translate.

Thiefs and scammers
ive been scammed out of 50euro , and they say theres nothing they can do. The worst cab service ever , the one time i did use them they charged me double (another scam) because their gps system sent their driver to the wrong location and we were both waiting 10min for each other. STAY AWAYY , I will also be pursuing legal action so this does not happen to anyone else.

Awful service in barcelona
Just rubbish Pre booked taxis are not pre booked. They start looking for a driver 15 minutes before pick up and then they can’t find so you cannot rely on service. Instant bookings. App says, “will be with you I. 6 minutes,” then spends 5 minutes searching and when found will be with you in 18 minutes. Waste of time. And it’s not even cheap, about 10% less than a normal taxi. Customer service always fob you off with a generic response. Used to be good but I’ve given up with it. Best avoided.
