It’s ok but glitches

Unable to contact drivers through the app which makes things hard and it’s impossible to contact support. The drivers are great and they’re everywhere which is handy.

Driver turning up late

Driver going past me. Didn’t follow his GPS. Driver has no clue where hotel was. Useless. I asked for refund, company blamed traffic. lol

Too much (promotional) notification without the option to opt-out. Otherwise okay.

Multiple order created everytime i use the app

As shared. I regularly get charged 2-3 taxi trip per order because bluebird keep creating order. The cost is one thing, the hassle of having to answer to each driver is another. Insane.

Can’t enter payment

Can’t enter payment for go pay, credit card or anything so I have to us cash option and don’t have cash with me!!! The app. Weds a lot of work

App freezes fequently

The application keeps highlighting EZPoint, EZPay, all EZ related promo, then it freezes. I have to force quit the app, then restart few times until no more promo highlights.
Please fix this, then I’ll change my rating.

Annoyed on app says 32k to 38k and driver wanted 50k
Not very happy, It’s our first time using this app and I will give it another go while I’m
In Bali but if it happens again , I will not be using you guys again .

Cash or card bit confusing

Need to make cash or card clear. In bali, I paid cash as it said rupiah. But I also paid on my card! So driver got a massive tip!

Cannot cancel dishonest drivers

I cannot cancel order I placed even if the driver was just sitting idle, and still showed the taxi will arrive in 3 minutes. I cannot call the driver and their own call center won’t answer I’ve wasted 20min because of this
