News Feed Annoucements
Is there any way to add a pop up icon for the News Feed section? My job posts a lot of things through there and I get notified when they do so, but forget because there is nothing reminding me after the fact. Great app overall, but would love that added feature if possible!!

I work for blue link wireless and they are authorized by AT&T, this is actually a great app it tells you when to clock out for lunch went to clock in to start your shift and it’s so simple you just click click click and you are starting your shift you’re starting your lunch or any lunch and then you finish the day gray app and you can see who is supposed to be coming in and everything else great app great app!!!!

Great app up until now!
I’ve been using app for work now for 2years and has been great. The layout of the shifts and the info are very easy to read. But with the recent update of the date feature at the top of the screen takes up a lot of space. Due to the work that do I have to screen shot many of my shifts to fill out time sheets. With the new ‘date feature’ it now does not fit the info or the date in the same screen shot which is very annoying. I fell this feature is absolutely unnecessary and I really don’t see the point in it. After all, it’s just the date! Please please,

Also, the confirm and decline buttons I think are abit to close together as on occasions I have accidentally pushed the wrong button.

Hi, sorry to hear the recent changes to setting dates in the app is less than ideal. We have been optimising the date entry for iOS 14.x but it was not our intention to negatively impact the our users using other versions of iOS. If you could provide details would be great to ensure we can make the best experience for everyone. Average HR app
I think clowns designed some of the features in this app. It does not allow you to choose multiple people with 1 click to offer a shift to, so I have to sit there clicking on 300 individual names. If I have 3 shifts in a day and need to take off over a 2-3 day period, it takes at least 10+ mins to do something that should take 30 seconds. The other frustrating thing about offering shifts is that if you accidentally switch apps or cause the app to minimize temporarily, it will unselect all the names you’ve already chosen.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback! We now have the option to select all in the swap & offer shifts feature. Your selection will also be saved when you switch or minimise the app. Please update your app to 9.1.0+ and let us know what you think.
Excellent app for staff management
I’ve used a couple of work time apps and must say this is one of the best. If you use the app to his fullest you and the team can communicate easily and have non biased “paper” trail. I find putting open shifts on the rota works well with the team as everyone almost gets there desired working hours on a come first serves bases.

Highly recommend
Absolutely fantastic if you have half decent staff. Haven’t been able to fault the app, it even reminds my staff to clock on (and reminds myself if they’re late or didn’t clock on). Rostering has become a breeze now that staff can list their own unavailable hours, and you can add an open shift and have staff opt on to what shifts they actually want to work.
