Easy!
The app is very user friendly. My schedule is available any time of day and I can request time off right in the app and write notes
Single Sign-On broken in latest update.
Anyone else? A new “Choose Business” screen pops up completely blank, nothing to click, and blocks the sign in process. This has effectively stopped our workforce using Deputy for iOS, and support are still trying establish what I mean. Useless.
Update: Thanks to Deputy for sorting. Review amended to reflect this :)

Response from developer
Hi Jamie, we've now fixed this issue - thanks for letting us know. Please delete the app and download the latest version (10.0.1) and you should be able to get into the app. Sorry about that!
Good but need to be better
The app is good to manage shifts with the service provider. However, two major issues
1. The app doesn’t have option for customized sound and it also doesn’t send alerts even after setting it up
2. For shift selection, it doesn’t allow to select specific locations to show if anything available only on those centers. It displays a large list of shifts available at different city centre and very cumbersome to find the centre near me , if there is any shift

Syncing issues?
The Deputy is an easy app to use on a mobile phone but recently it’s not syncing with schedule updates. Therefore, in order to see if a site is properly staffed, I have to log on to the web page via laptop which isn’t always convenient. Wasting time following up with staff to ensure they’re reporting onsite only to hear that they are on the schedule but only if I look on the web page version.

Every work place should use!
I used this app for my seasonal job, it was amazing. Let me know where I was working, in what area, and what I was doing. I could put in days off that I needed and vacation days. I also loved when it said how long your houses were. You can even contact your Co workers through the app to let someone take your shift. It was really good and so organized! I feel like every work place should use this app. Like right now for my new job we get our schedule through emails, use another app to contact coworkers, have to call the store for time off, and then use another app to see how long you worked in two weeks. I wish they used Deputy too. LOVED.

Use it for work
Easy to use and straightforward! Recommend
This app is great but
This app is awesome and Ive been using it for 2.5 years at my current job. My biggest complaint is that i can no longer scroll back to my first day on the job to look at my timesheets and my timesheet history. There seems to be a window of time the user is limited to which can be a big disadvantage for a worker.
This has been an issue with me because i found out my timesheets have been edited without my consent by a manager, and i cant even look back a year to gather all the time that has been taken from me.

Awesome App
Highly recommended
Good App / Bad attitude of Wokeism
We have been using Deputy for maybe 4 years plus, we are quite happy with it to roster employees keep track of their hours.
However, this app and it’s vision and ideals is quite disturbing. Like many other big companies they have a choice to embrace politics and be embracers of this “new normal”. Today in my email, I got a message from Deputy, it seems like they are so concerned with the Delta variant that they have made a new feature “schedule time off to get your jab in Deputy”.
If I must use Deputy for the time being I will. But I will not recommend it, I will not applaud it, I will hopefully move on to find something better. I am sick and tired of big companies embracing and virtue signaling their vaccination conformity to appease a government that says they don’t mandate a vaccine yet it’s need to work, so you can pay for shelter and food, spineless hypocrites.

Very handy app.
Very easy to use both from the scheduling side and as an employee clocking in. Very handy to see who else is working at 3am instead of bothering the boss.
Two things I would like to see is the ability to clock in with a delay, allowing me to put on my wet weather gear or lock my phone away before starting. Also, from an HR side I would like a ‘request to explain shift’ so random clock-ins need to be explained.
