don’t waste your time with mechanic bank, they’re so slow with ALL OF THEIR TRANSACTIONS, WILL MAKE YOUR ACCOUNT GO INTO OVER DRAFT, DOESNT KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE, and the people are just rude. i’ve had to change my card like 5 or 6 times because they couldn’t keep my information private and i never gave my information to anyone. today im supposed to have at least 93 dollars in my bank and it says that i only have 17 when i haven’t even been spending my money. I LITERALLY HATE THIS BANK AND IF YOU WANNA KEEP YOUR MONEY I SUGGEST YOU GO WITH ANOTHER BANKShow lessangelique regalado

Never have a problem and when I do they respond quickly and are very courteous and professional I don’t like computers and all that stuff but the app they have really helped out. I can check it at any time problem free never had a problem with mechanic bank and unlike three other banks that I have been with before . Love and bureaucracy
I adore this Bank and I really enjoyed being able to get to know people who work there. When I needed something done I knew the name of the manager. The problem is pretty much everything runs wonky. Every step of the way of setting things up with this bank has been convoluted. It’s not like one particular person is trying to make it that way it’s just they seem to be that way. I went to the “real bank” today snd was surprised how much time and effort it took. Sometimes we take the electronic banking for granted. Perhaps we should be more thankful.Tom Funtastic
App does not work with iPhone 14 pro and or iOS 16.0.3
Just got a new iPhone 14 running iOS 16.0.3 and the mobile deposit feature freezes at the point you are asked to take a picture of your check. This needs a bug fix asap. And while you are at it correct the issue where you have to review a check image each time you make a deposit. Other bank mobile apps do a much better job of handling check deposits. Also make check deposit option a default tab on main screen. I certainly use this feature more than popmoney whatever that is.Show lessAnyone but Whitman!

Mobile deposit broken
The latest version of the app will not allow check deposit. It says “rotate your device to continue your deposit” and the message never goes away even if I rotate my phone, or kill the app and restart it and begin the process with the phone oriented correctly.Jez_H
