Where is Popmoney??
A useful app for my checking account but the Popmoney feature has never worked for me. Simply an endless loading screen no matter how many times I update.Thanks

This app is buggy and crashes to much. They keep changing the requirements to deposit checks and not making it transparent. I can’t tolerate the app crashes anymore. I won’t recommend this bank to anyone.Debit Card Dispute
It would be nice to have an easier way to do the debit card disputes. Sometimes it’s harder to call when traveling for work and being in areas that does not have good cell service. Being able to turn of the debit card card is a awesome feature, when miss placing card.Mobile deposit
This feature has run flawlessly for several years. It has saved me countless hours driving to banks, standing in line, and all the other things that go with errands like this.

If all you want to do is check your balances and transfer funds then I’d rate it 5 stars - even though you already have those functions through SMS. I recently started using their budget/spending tools and would love to be able to access those features on mobile. I have only had this bank account for about 5 years and have had to change apps 3 times. Each app has gotten worse then the Pat, and I seem to have more trouble each time I try and use it. I use another bank it’s app is superior in every way. I do not recommend this one at allLogin needs improvement
Although I have no problem with app once logged in I think login needs improvement. Why doesn’t app allow for fingerprint or Face ID for credentials?Application errors/needs updating
Mechanics Bank’s app has been kludgey, and even more so since merging with another bank. I can’t even log in. I get the mysterious “Application Error. We are unable to display your information at this time. Try again later.” It’s been like this for weeks.
