Not in English
This app is in what appears to be German?? I’ve been with T-Mobile for approx 3 weeks and it’s been one disappointment after another!!
Language.
Ever since I downloaded and opened up the app it’s been in a foreign language. It never even asked me to select a language. And I have no idea how to change it. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app several times. I’m a new T-Mobile customer, and this is far from impressive.
English version??
I understand there’s a specific version of this app but can we get a English one? The predominantly used language in the world??

This app is regional, honestly T-Mobile should change this to My T-Mobile NL.

Why? Because after you download it, you realize the app is in Dutch apparently (I thought it was German).
Why there is an app in Dutch in the US App Store is beyond me.

It says this version supports English and Dutch but I can’t find a way to switch the language.
This is the wrong app
When you go to look for the correct T-mobile app, this one is second on the list. It should be noted that this app is not for USA in the title! Otherwise, it’s misleading!
For Netherlands not US
This app is in the wrong category and should not be available in our region if it’s not made for this region. C’mon T-Mobile
