Leave a Review NAPA AUTO PARTS
absolutely useless app
I doubt that the developers read the reviews. This is an absolutely useless, poorly made by non-professional app. I try to use it from time to time but I always close it because it is useless. Have you tried pasting the part number into the search engine? No? It keeps scrolling down and inserting the email address) It keeps asking for some car if I just want to find parts) I do repairs and I will say that I am looking for parts online. And yes, I have never bought anything in this store thanks to the non-professional developers. I understand that having a turban does not make them professionals) And yes, I only bought something offline in this store once after standing in a long line. And yes, this was obviously the last attempt to give a chance to this useless app and store. Other suppliers have replaced these non-professionals. Let them enjoy the variety with turbansShow lessUpdate Needed
I've been a long-time user of the NAPA Auto Parts mobile app, but it's become increasingly frustrating to use. The last update for this app was over six years ago, which is simply unacceptable in today's fast-paced tech environment. The minimum OS requirement is still sitting at iOS 8.0, which has nearly been a full decade from September 17th, 2024, and is no longer supported.
This application desperately needs a full UI update to bring it in line with modern design standards. Additionally, the security protocols need a significant overhaul to protect user data and ensure a safe experience.
It's disappointing to see NAPA fall behind its competitors like Advance Auto Parts and AutoZone, both of which have their minimum requirements set at iOS 12 and update their applications on a regular basis. NAPA needs to prioritize updating this app to maintain customer satisfaction and trust.Show lessTerrible app, barely works
After you get past it being incredibly slow, you realize this is their mobile website but in the area that would’ve been used by the browser for the address bar and the extra buttons like go back, add to bookmark, and find on page, it’s just blank area.
Both the website and the app don’t tell me if anything is in stock at a store. Connecting digital inventory systems to show availability of items in store is not a new concept. I’m not going to call your stores when I can go to a competitor.
Clearly execs don’t use iPhones and do not care about their app being substantially worse than the web version. And that’s fine, I’ll just buy from a competitor before I buy from them. Mostly because their app is not saving me time or effort, it’s generating work for me to do, and intentionally a worse experience than the website.Show less
