So the metal cord in my window snapped and broke. I’ve had my window taped up😭. So I hopped on Google and found this app and said that it was good. So installed it, bought my part. I ended up getting an email saying the part was out of stock. And an attachment saying they’ve covered the difference and I should expect soon. And it came an extra day early. They went above and beyond for me and to make sure I got part I needed. Amazing customer service. I really do recommend them.
