  • Shipping and Parts

    Saving hand over fist with shopping from them. Shipping does eat away at some of those savings, but I still saved time money and time. Great selection and beats driving around from parts store to parts store looking for what you need. The people working at the brick and mortar places dont know of the right part a lot of time either. Where as here I can type in my vehicle and find the exact part I need and it come directly to me. No lost time driving around. Loving this app.

  • What an absolute joke!

    Try to register an account and it says the email is already used. I try to reset the password and never get an email. Their customer support rep was dumber than a box of rocks and useless as all anything. Screw it! I’ll buy from Rockauto. Now I know why their more expensive.

  • Terrible shipping

    They have good quality parts, and they have most of the things you are looking for. However the shipping is super expensive, they charge you to ship each item. They say they’ll get here on certain day and they’ll get here a week later. Have never gotten a package on the day they say will get here.

  • Quality & Pricing

    List of name brand to after market parts cut out the middle man (oreilys auto zone) shipping is also pretty quick right to your door.

  • Serious functionality issues

    When the page loads the option to sect the year of the car doesn’t open. When typing a search into the top search field and pressing Return, nothing happens!
  • Could not receive refund

    I was out of the country for months came back took auto part I ordered to my mechanic one look at it and he said it did not fit although car parts “guaranteed match” the part to my vehicle. I now fill out a refund and they say since it’s pass 60 days I can not get it. Now I’m stuck with a part that DOES NOT fit my car although they said it did. Never buying from them again!
