    Can you please add a functionality in your updated version- to be able to change status of a user. For example -"Dr.X is unavailable". Or "don't disturb mode". Or "for any questions please contact my office"
  • No Customer Support

    I've written 3 reviews now and after I've clicked on Send each time, I get a window that says my nickname is taken - but I doubt that from what I've chosen - and my review is gone. Last attempt here. App is ok but apparently there is no customer support. All I want to know is how to delete messages rather than archive them and no one responds to me.

  • Search Bar!!

    Love this app, am able to easily communicate with other co workers and providers. Would recommend a search bar!! It's so difficult to try and find previous messages and sometimes a hassle to start a new thread. A search bar would make this app perfect.
  • Has potential...

    It has potential, but I think a few things need to be addressed:
    1) Too easy to miss alerts. Need more intrusive noises.
    2) Only alerts once, easy to miss it and then it stays missed. Should have option to alert until you respond.
    3) Not accurate with respect to deleting the notification once you've looked at an alert.
    4) "Phone book" setup could be easier.

  • Great solution for physicians

    Excellent care transition notifications - I know when my patient is admitted at a hospital. The patient centric secure messaging helps me manage my patients without overloading my in box. Great find.

    Fantastic secure messaging app for busy doctors and nurses. Alerts let you know where your patients are for better care, and you always know who to contact.
  • Nice, clean, efficient

    Nice, clean, efficient. The hospital says it's hipaa compliant so it's nice to be able to shoot quick patient care-related questions between providers. Certainly takes less brain power than crafting txt messages absent of any PHI when conversing with other providers. 4 stars only because I don't think I've ever given any app 5 stars. But I don't find any issues with it yet, except I wish everyone in the hospital was on it.

    Fantastic app / service. Every health provider should be using this! Makes my day more efficient! Better patient outcomes!
  • A necessary evil?

    While it certainly saves phone calls in the middle of the night, you are also more "available" and nurses don't mind bothering you as much because its "texting". Some nights this works very well, other nights you want to pull your hair out due to the amount of pointless messages you get.
  • HIPPA compliant

    We didn't know this app exists until recently. Being HIPPA compliant in our internal communications is a must in our profession. The ability to know who and when gives us a peace of mind.
