Terrible paging system
The fact that pages still come through when you are marked as off duty and covered by someone else is ridiculous. Seems like you can never actually be off call with this system no matter what you do.

I’m a nurse and this app has significantly improved the ability for my care team to communicate.
Support
I have attempted to download and reinstall this app many times to fix a login issues. My IT department cannot fix it since it’s in their end. It’s very difficult to get any customer support for this product. My communication tool for my clinic is down and no way to correct.
Goodbye pager
It’s nice to be on call without my pager glued to my hip at home. Two things that would be nice is some sort of schedule integration. If my hours are 8-5, it would be nice to set a schedule so I don’t have to change my status.
Another request is the do not disturb feature on my phone. I can’t get my pages via the app overnight when I’m on call, so I have to depend on my pager.

Hi! Thank you for the feedback! In Cureatr's new version 2.26 you will no longer receive a notification for a pager message when off-duty.
Basic
Works OK, but a very basic app with a few frills an extra features. Would be nice to be able to use the multiple iPhone sounds as notifications. It also needs to not disturb integration. It also needs do not disturb integration

Like this app. Easy to use. However noticed my iphone’s battery wears off sooner than it should be. Heard some others complaining similar issues
Good app but still needs plenty of work
Application works well, however it is not possible to delete read, seen, old messages. You can archive them so you do not see them but they are still in your phone, eventually you end up with thousands of useless messages. I decided not to use this application because I do not want to fill the phone memory with unneeded messages. If you delete the application and install it again you can not get rid of all these messages which are not longer needed.

Hi VNC viewer! HIPAA compliance mandates that we not delete any clinical communications, but we realize you may not want them in your inbox, so we allow archiving. As far as app storage, all Cureatr messages are securely stored on our servers, and are never downloaded to your device. No matter how many messages you receive, the app should not take up much room on your device at all. Thanks for using Cureatr!
Not great
I don’t reliably receive notifications when I have messages. It logs me out every few days, so I have to enter my credentials over and over again. No option to use Touch ID.

Apple Watch support please!
This is a great app! I love having text and photo share communication with my fellow, residents and colleagues while still maintaining HIPPA compliance! I am planning to get an Apple Watch, but I don’t see any indication that this app supports it. To have that capability would take this review to 5 stars.

Can not customize alerts for paging sounds
App has a serious flaw in that the alert sounds from phone pages can not be controlled through the app. The customization settings only work for pages generated through the app (not through a phone page). I hope they fix this soon.
