No Apple Watch App

Other issues, but the biggest issue by far is the lack of an Apple Watch App.... and before the developers reply that I get mirrored notifications to the Apple Watch... THAT IS NOT THE SAME! And if you as a developer think it is, then maybe you shouldn’t be a developer. If I have to have a phone with me to get the notifications sent to my watch, that’s useless. I want to go on runs without my phone by my side when I am on call, and I cannot to that unless you develop an Apple Watch App that works independently from my phone.

Lacking

Insufficient options for alert tones. Cannot seem to include response messages for when someone contacts me - Sometimes you can be available but still need to provide more info.

Unhappy customer NP

Needs an automated way to set when you’re available and off duty. How can I remember to turn it on every morning at 8am and then off at 5pm. Giving nurses a constant communication of messages at night and weekends. Needs a way to set your schedule from 8-5 or whatever schedule is. This way we won’t get messages when we are off work and be held responsible for them.

Needs Apple Watch app

I read one of the reviews saying that it pushes notifications to the Apple Watch but I don’t see it. Nor does it my company currently uses it and it does not send notifications to the watch. Also you can’t use this program and more than one device so if you’re using it on your phone you can’t use it on your computer

A prelude to malpractice

We recently moved to CureATR because of the promise of 2 way communication. Instead, the app does not always alert the user when a page comes in, and pages are missed. Medical care has suffered and our department is infuriated. We have now moved back to physical pagers, which is absurd. The developer should be able to fix this bug easily, but it has not done so.

Implement critical notification in iOS

Other apps have the choice to allow “critical notifications” that play sound even if sound is to vibrate. This app needs this choice.

Apple Watch connectivity

I would love for this app to be compatible with an Apple Watch. I do not like having my iPhone out during clinic visits and bought an Apple Watch hoping that I could receive notifications on it.

Useless if does not notify when phone on silent or vibrate

This application has theoretical promise but until they can notify you of an incoming page when your phone is on vibrate or otherwise has the ring tone on silent, it is useless.

Our hospital switched to it and is trying to get rid of costly pagers. When scrubbed in the OR, nurses must access your phone to read messages, assuming your phone is actually set to audible notifications. When in clinic or meetings and your phone is on vibrate, it does not notify you at all. USELESS and a patient safety issue waiting to happen.

Previously didn’t need to carry pager as all pages were forwarded as text messages to your phone. But not any longer.
