Hi, sorry this is happening; we're here to help! Could you send us an email from inside the app? That will give us a debug report so we can address the problem. Open the app, tap Settings (gear icon), scroll down to Get support, then tap Email Us. Thank you!

Inconsistent information about D3 bus

While the arrival times and vehicle locations in the app are provided by our partners at the agency directly, we're working with them to improve real time departures. If you see this again, could you please provide us with a screenshot of the bad info you're seeing on the app, as well as a note on when the bus actually arrived?
