Inaccurate in every way

Don’t waste your time if you have to be somewhere on time. My bus system recommended this app last year as an alternative to their website. The first year I gave it the benefit of the doubt. They’re new, trying to figure things out, and need data to give accurate times. Well it’s been over a year and there have been no improvements. In fact, they’ve actually taken away useful features just to create a paid version. Forget improvements. The times are all based on drive time, not bus time, not even the schedule. Last year they have duplicate schedules, one real, one scheduled and it was confusing. They did away with that, but they also did away with ever being right. The estimated arrival times are always wrong. And when you put plan a trip, it doesn’t use the bus line’s schedule either. Again, just drive time. I’m regularly arriving 20+min past when it said I would. My bus system quit recommending them this year due to a lot of complaints. They’ve even gotten worse in that they tell you the arrival time of your bus is out 15-20min, but every 1 min they reduce the time 5 min. I keep having to drive to another bus stop because I relied on this terrible app. I’m going back to the webpage for my bus. It takes a couple extra steps, but at least it’s always right.

Beautiful and functional

The perfect example of a well designed, well functioning iOS app. A delight to use every time, especially in comparison to many official transport apps.

Great app

Brilliant app and easy to use. The only thing I would do is try to do is to make the times live all the time and not rely on other people as much. I am a transit Royale holder and it’s been pretty good so far only a few times I’ve had to wait longer than expected

Going back to Citymapper

I tried using this, I really did, but struggled with its lack of options. It always gave me the first mode of transport due and never the following which made planning really difficult. It also wasn’t great at picking up any closures, disruptions, or strikes which also made trips difficult when showing up to a station to find it closed. I really wanted to love this, but the UI for Citymapper is much easier to navigate and easier to understand.

Ridiculous!

When I first started using this I thought I'd gone to paradise. I tapped the app and it told me all the buses in my immediate area and when they were due and at which bus stop. That was great for a few days. But then it started asking me where I wanted to go to and claimed I wanted to go from places I've never heard of accompanied by a little purple circle. Nowhere to change that, no settings icon, nothing. I know where I want to go to and I know the bus number. I just want to know when bus number # is expected to arrive. What is all this where to from somewhere I've never heard of stuff? Has someone at your end taken leave of their senses?!

Frustratingly close to being good

This app is so close to how I want a transport app to work, for travel in London. But after opening the app it sometimes takes _minutes_ before any live info starts showing up for buses, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen live info on trains.
I’m sticking with it because I keep hoping this is a temporary bug that might get resolved, but no such luck yet

Amazing app

I love this app helps me see the bus times and can see how long until the next bus arrives, they gave me the premium subscription for free because I am a child and I really appreciate that

Great system just needs a little adjustment

The buses don’t always show up on the map exactly where they are and sometimes they say the busses are at completely different spots yet, majority of the time you can still find out what time your bus will be at your stop so that’s overall very helpful. I also really enjoy how it asks you about your bus stop and the conditions it is in. Overall, rather useful app and i will continue to keep using it.

Awful app absolutely useless

I wish it was more use friendly and the enjoying thing is that one can not see the real timetable on the website for bus 6 in Perpignan without downloading this bloody app which does not work either. Absolutely useless app and more trouble than help

Inconsistent information about D3 bus

Using your app that said the D3 bus would depart in 3 minutes I headed to the stop/terminal at Leamouth. As it counted down, it then inexplicably switched to 12 minutes. I almost left to get the more reliable DLR from East India, only for the driver to return up to the long-stationary bus six minutes into that new time and open the doors for passengers to board !?
