  • Convenient, Cost effective for most

    Healthengine is a must have. I use it due to repeats on subscriptions needed. It’s easy, do from home or anywhere you are. Scripts are texted through in mins and Med Certs are emailed through if needed. And lastly under half the price of actually seeing a doctor(if you don’t need to of course)
    It’s a reliable, cost effective, convenient way to get most of your medical needs.
    NOTE: due to Medicare not allowing first time patients to a new GP, you must have being to that GP practice in the last 12 months. Although Healthengine doesn’t recognise this and will book a consult in App. I had to ring and cancel due to this twice.

  • I have the most wonderful caring doctor!

    Highly recommend Dr John Wilson ….
    The most important thing is our health. Dr Wilson is the best professional whom you can totally trust & know you are in the bestest of hands. So caring & kind about each & every patient, he is very diligent. Personally, I love the positive vibe upon entering the surgery! Reception ladies .. beautiful lovely service, sincerest greeting always going beyond to make your day special. Even when you’re feeling off! This is a very special highly recommendation…. Tourist or local you all get the same incredible patient service & care..

  • Excellent service…

    Of all the years of being a part of medical advances it was so refreshing to see that the Doc was also advancing his skills. My Doc was very easy to talk to and he was minus the usual deeply hurtful derogatory comments and opinions of other heath people. Explained himself in terms I was able to understand and even asked to be excused for a few moments to confirm with another doc the info he was giving me. Explained the purpose and working of the script he wrote and asked me to follow up with him in a week to see progress. If things got worse head straight to A&E.
    The whole Experience calmed me and reassured me that I would be ok with the medication. There is a first for everything they say.

    On two occasions I have been advised that my test results are with the Doctor and encouraged to make an appointment
  • So easy to use and can be used 24 hours a day seven days a week

    I have been using this app for over 12 months and find it so convenient. Often I needed to make an appointment but kept forgetting during the day but this enables me to make the appointment anytime throughout the day and night. It is also great as you can make changes with no problems at all. I also feel it frees up the staff at the medical centre to do other things and not have to answer the phone constantly. You can also see all the appointments available so you are not having to keep asking the staff what others times / days are available. Overall the convenience is fantastic and so great during the busy lives that everyone leads these days. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It also puts it in your calendar and sends you reminder texts. So helpful

  • Not working

    I checked my phone number is correct but it’s not sending a confirmation code.
    I hit resubmit, no code and now I’m just stuck on the Enter Verification screen
  • Additions that could bring clarity and time saving measures.

    I believe you should be able to send the doctor a short email through the app attached to your appointment regarding the topic of the appointment in more detail. As most of my appointments are Telehealth and unfortunately even though the doctor confirmed what needed to be done. It wasn’t carried out. So some where along the lines of communication broke down. (At least they would be able to go back into that email & refresh their memory. And confirm what was needed) Now l have to make another appointment to ask the same request that is quite important. Also you should be able to mark on the app wether your looking to book Telehealth or face to face. And you should be able to go back into the booking, and change the booking before appointment. So that if you do come down with symptoms you can change it from face to face to Telehealth. Without ringing the clinic which is a pain for everyone. As the line is clogged, or drops out. Etc etc.

  • Making old age, easier

    This is so convenient to use for making appointments and identifying who your care team is! I do the booking for myself & it enables me to manage bookings for my wife as well! Saves to our calendars etc. It went a bit too crazy last year when some changes were made to the system but now it’s so easy to navigate and I bet it won’t be long before I can order Uber or a takeaway 🤣😉 happy customer 👍
    Now We are still-happy with both app but now we are to be charged for after hours appointments ie Sunday’s which was the easiest time to get an appointment with our Doctor. Now this is going to be charged for ?
    Not happy with this but it’s no fault of the APP just unhappy with these proposed changes especially for pensioners

  • Zero stars wasn’t an option

    I’d give zero stars if I could. Book my doctor it says…. Instead, it makes the next available appointment with someone else, so everyone’s time is wasted when you turn up expecting to see YOUR doctor. I am tempted to leave the practice altogether, because I REALLY appreciated being told I had made the error making the appointment. Trying to book an appointment again thinking I must be stupid to have messed that up, I see the issue - the GP used to be on Healthengine, but now isn’t. So instead of the app advising that my GP has no appointments available and direct me to call the surgery, the app settings see fit to book an appointment with anyone else instead, without any notice provided - like that is a perfectly acceptable way to run an app and a medical practice. Thanks for nothing. Hot tip: Call the practice directly to make an appointment. Zero stars.
