Way too many ads
Makes using the app horrible. Finding a route requires watching an ad at every step and the little X to skip often doesn’t register so you have to click the ad a few times to finally move forward.
Last year the app was fine and wasn’t grossly over packed with ads.
They lost it. It’s a horrible app now. Still works to get the direction but it’s just insulting to use.

The Worst Bus Tracking App
This app is extremely inconsistent in suggesting routes. I searched up a route to my work from the other night and it told me to leave at 9:12 am. But as I got ready and left my home at 9:12 am, I went on the app again and it completely showed a different list of routes with much much later times - and the route it showed last night completely disappeared. Been having so many problems with this app’s route suggestions like lagging, freezing, and yet so many unnecessary ads showing up while searching for routes. This app was so good back then but now it has become more ridiculous. It made me late for work and have to pay for Uber. Never recommend this to anyone, Google has been doing better. I would’ve given you 0 stars if I could.

Other apps are better
This app bombards you with adds and also asks for a subscription to see live bus location. Other apps are way better.
Very helpful but often incorrect
I’ve been using this app to get around Medellin for the past couple months, and it does have like every bus route. It has been super helpful for finding my way across the city, but honestly there are problems with at least half of the routes I’ve taken. Sometimes, the problem is that the bus stops for certain routes are marked incorrectly. This has happened on more than half of the bus routes I’ve taken. The bus simply either doesn’t come by the suggested stop from the app or doesn’t stop in the location the app says it will. On a couple of occasions, the route that the app told me the bus would take is just straight up wrong and goes quite a bit off course.
Overall, even with these problems, I’ve still been helped quite a lot in getting around. Sometimes i just go further along the route to wait and see where the next bus will stop. But sometimes i need to ask locals to make up for the gaps in the app.
One thing that would be helpful to add to the app is being able to see entire individual routes for a bus line. For example, if the app suggests I take bus 1 to point A and then get on bus 2 to bring me to point B, it would be helpful if I could click on bus A and just see the whole route independent of my planned trip. It would be helpful so I can see where the bus might take me if I stay on too long, or if i could catch the bus somewhere else if the bus doesn’t stop where the app says it will.

not functional
had this app for about a week deleted it, then reinstalled it about a month later for three days before i gave up again. i haven’t payed for any premium service so i can’t review that but for the free application my complaints are:
1. any page with information only opened 1/3 times
2. of the around 15 times that i used the app with any success the map only showed the path i should walk to reach the bus once
3. ads showed up not only when you open the app, search anything, or press anything but also for every 30 seconds or so i looked at the app without tapping anything i got an ad
4. within the ads the location of the close button changed, was often hidden, and if you don’t have steady hands for the ones with a close button smaller than you pinky then you will get caught in an endless loop of: missing the close button which would open a new tab from the advertiser and a pop up that would immediately be asking for your data, finding out how to close the pop up, and then missing the close button in the app again restarting the process
Update: i tried one additional trip using this app along side another for navigation and this app mislabeled a 54 minute walk as “1 minute”

Use another app
Ads block your entire screen every minute or so And the bus times are incredibly inaccurate majority of the time
Sending me to wrong stop
I tried to use the app to get a bus home from the GO train station. I was standing at the stop and it was telling me that the bus was coming to a stop 90 meters away in 22 minutes. I saw other people standing at the stop I was at so I waited and a bus came in 5 minutes.
Why can’t it recognize the stop I was standing at?!?

Love the way it works i just can’t open it at all without it freezing immediately
It’s so annoying because I can’t actually use the app but it’s the only one i like, i can’t use the app because once im in the app the whole app is just frozen but my phone never does that with different apps
