...and an AMAZING price: $0.00 w/"App of The Day". However, @$3.99 perhaps a couple of related mini-game companions would help sustain a five star rating. For example, a creepy HOG and a likewise card game; ... or a meter and rhyme iambic tale; might educate and create a sale;-) Graphics and chill factor ARE STUNNING ; imaginative and worthy of E.A.POE !!! Perfection!
Le montage est très bien fait, les illustrations sont inspirantes, les intéractions font toutes la différence. Les histoires sont assez courte et addictives autant pour garder accroché les grands lecteurs que ceux qui d'ordinaire n'aime pas lire. Tout est absolument bien pensé qu'il en devient perfection! Legitimately AWESOME.
This is seriously one of those gem finds. I loved this so terribly and I think it's an ingenious way of reading and enjoying Edgar Allan Poe without the tediousness of trying to read and understand the works alone. Absolutely 5 out of 5Chatty7118

Such an experience!
This is a terrific app! I really liked the Masque of the Red Death - the ending was terrific, and all the little in-betweens were really frightening as well.
The way that it allows you to interact with so many of the elements throughout the stories was amazing. It really brings a fresh approach to EAP's writing.
The music was also really well done. Each story had a unique background, much of it timed to certain events / page turns.Show lessQuirkyJoe

Poe for the uniniated
As a near life long 'fan' of Poe I found this app very enjoyable. The music that can be either played over your reading the story or left off, is atmospheric. The graphics are vivid in the use of colours and depict the right level of 'scare factor' to accompany the storyline. I have another Poe 'game' on one of my laptops which centres on observation and discovery of elements from within Poe's stories. I would doing this an injustice to compare them. What I will say is this is as good as some costing considerably more. I would thoroughly recommend it for any existing or prospective 'fans' to try for themselves. A Mowatt.Show lessalexblues
