What the heck happened to this app?

You have just made the camera useless with this app.

Works fine, but you need the right camera

The app works really well to transfer images from my T540 instantly to my devices, handy to be able to share them whilst still on site if required.

I would like the ability to edit them, like change palette, level & span etc, hopefully that could come on a future update?

No control anymore

No one will use it anymore without remote control.

App will not connect to camera C5

I tried deleting/resetting and all the above to get this app to work with my C5 Cx and one time it showed that the app saw my camera on the network and then when I tried to connect it said connection timed out for 60sec. This needs a revamp.

FLIR

Simple to utilize in the field with the iPad streaming live video using the thermal camera. I also use with the MR55 moisture meter. The only draw back with that is it’s no feature to capture the actual reading other than screenshots from your iPhone or iPad. I’m sure some improvements can be made and look forward to new updates.

Won’t connect

The app won’t connect to camera. I’m into tech and this is more than frustrating. Please don’t tell me to contact customer service, just fix the app. There are enough reviews on here to know what to fix.

Connection Issues

Can’t connect to my C5 reliably over Wi-Fi. Very disappointed.

Can’t connect to camera wirelessly

Hi, I am struggling to connect my wifi-enabled T-640 camera to the FLIR tools app. I have tried both the “device” and “WLAN” approach from the T-640’s manual, but the best I can get is that it detects my camera (on “device” mode when I have selected the IR camera’s network as my network on my iPhone) but doesn’t actually let me connect, giving me an error when I try. Troubleshooting help would be much appreciated! For example, does the channel / IP address I select on my camera matter?

Won’t connect to camera

The FLIR E4 is a great camera, but this app has a major flaw.
- If the camera and iPhone are on the same home network, the import works perfectly fine. However for home inspectors 99% of the report is done in the field where there is no home network. This brings me to the biggest issue:
- Broadcasting wifi directly from the settings menu of the camera connects just fine and shows up on the FLIR Tools app, even shows the IP address. However, when I go to import it gives a connection error - “ Connection error - Please check that the camera is on the same network and restart device discovery!” What’s odd is that when I go to my browser and type in the IP address shown for the camera it brings up a page from the camera to login to, so clearly it is connecting with the camera just fine.

Pointless

A completely pointless app, I can’t even connect it to my E6
