3 weeks into it, so far so good...

It's pretty straight forward: it tells you when to run and when to walk. However the power of this mixed techniques makes you cover distances you never thought possible, and that's pretty cool. I'm at week 6 and will reconsider my review once I have finished the plan.
Really disappointed
Have been happy with both C25K and C10K so was expecting WAY more than just 4min run/1min walks repeated different times on different days for weeks on end. I'm not exactly sure why this app was so expensive, it doesn't sync with my fitness pal, and the plan is repetitive, boring and not really a plan at all. Very disappointed.

Awesome app
App seems really good so far, it's really helpful with building up the endurance in your legs. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to increase their running capabilities. A++
Loved our first run!
Great start to the program! We haven't run in about 2 years properly and today we took our pup out to the lake and completed week 1, day 1! We feel great! Great way to build our running confidence back up thank you! We look forward to seeing how the next few sessions unfold!
