Best bank I’ve ever had.
Love this bank. Some of the most reasonable and honest services I’ve ever experienced. They have helped me achieve life goals I never even thought I could imagine. Many of my friends have switched bank’s because of my high praise I give Pinnacle. And they are happy they did.
App Is Terrible
I love pinnacle bank but the app and service is absolutely terrible. The app is down or out of service almost once every day it seems. I am currently sitting at a gas station trying to get gas and it won’t let me so I go to look at my bank account and the app is down. It says to call them. They close at 5pm and it is currently 8:45pm. Wouldn’t be a problem if they could get their app figured out but instead it’s down 24/7. Terrible.

Banking made easy
Easy process and convenient banking, accessible. Very friendly staffs very in Elwood and Hayes Center branches..
Needs updating
This app does the job but needs to be updated. The website and the app both look ancient. It would be nice for this to look a bit more modern and also maybe even roll in the Pinnacle Bank card control app into this app. Seems a bit unnecessary to have a separate card control app.
Pinnacle bank
Can’t say how many years I’ve banked here but it’s been a very long time. Always been happy with banking & customer service during all this time. Great bank for anyone to be with.
No longer functions
Crashing on the iPad. Reboot. Reinstall. Doesn’t matter. A customer service disappointment.
Errors
This app only works half the time, if I’m lucky. It gives me error messages and won’t let me log in. I’ve updated it every time one comes out and it’s never fixed.
I love pb just not the app
Like I said above pb is great but that app needs some updating it would be nice to get some alerts when a transaction is used and the one thing that bugs me is half the time it doesn’t let you log in you have to call
Where is it?
Online banking has been so easy! Why do things like this change? I can’t find how to get to my account.
Deposit issue
When it works, it’s great. But when I try to submit a deposit with a light colored check, it often tells me I have submitted two pictures of the front, even though I took separate pictures of both the front and back. Sometimes it will work if I log out and log back in. Other days, I’ve tried 5 times and it still won’t work.
