Scam! Fraud!
Im reporting this app to lc3.gov(Internet Crime Complaint Center), and I’m hoping to launch and investigation. Everyone else that has been scammed and I’m encouraging everyone who has been unable to reach proper help with customer service to do so. Everything is automated and chat bots and they’re designed to just tell you « no, you can’t get a refund, that’s against terms and conditions ». Even though what they’re doing to you is violating their end of their own terms and conditions.
So can’t get a refund ? Scammed of a few hundred dollars? Report this. I will be leaving this same review on every platform.
New users ; be aware. You pay for a cheap 0.50$ trial and accepting that, they will immediately up charge you. Some have been unlucky enough to be charged 600$.

MAJOR ISSUES IPHONE 15
The app is not compatible with iPhone 15. It kills your battery, makes the phone incredibly hot. 1 hour workout without watching videos uses around 50/55 percent battery. They have tried to fix this I’d guess as now the app crashes at least 10 times a session, still has the original issues and now doesn’t save the workout stats, this is really poor as it’s been going on for around 3 months. I’ve reported several times to my PT ( not his fault ) however this app is now becoming that frustrating it’s going to hinder me continuing with my PT. FIX YOUR APP GUYS THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

SCAM!!!!!
Im fully aware that this app is taking down negative reviews, but if this gets taken down I will be taking action.
I was offered the ability to get a week trial for $0.50, but when I agreed it automatically charged me for $35. The chat bot was zero help, and even went against their own terms and conditions. I was told I’d be charged when the week was over, but instead it happened immediately and I was refused a refund. Please be more careful and smarter than I was.

I couldn’t breathe
I started this programme reluctantly because I have a bad knee but the coaches were very understanding and let you take things at your own pace. However, you are pushed a little which is what we all need really. Food plan was difficult for me but once I got used to it, it was okay. Six weeks flew by and due to being tired all the time I couldn’t attend enough classes. However, the home classes were really good ands got me sweating.

Are you scamming money out of people?
Hi Able app I decided to try out a 7 day trial of 99 cents. And saw you tried to actually charge 41 dollars out of my account?!!! It’s a great thing my bank notified me. What scam is this? If this charge goes through I want a refunded.
Great but needs refinements
1. When I am listening to music through my Powerbeats Pro, and the timer goes off for another set, it reduces the max volume for my music and then I can’t really listen anymore. I have to close and reopen the app and it’s a distraction from my workout. I believe it’s a bug and it should actually only silence the music for about a second rather than forever.
2. I normally use my notes app or a notebook to take notes on my workouts. For example, some machines have several points for adjustment, and I write them all down. I want to be able to do this on the app as it’s really convenient how it preloads information from the last time I did each movement. So a little note feature for each movement would be great, that gets preloaded just like my previous rep and weight data. I’m currently using the comments but it seems I can’t even access previous comments when I start a workout.
Overall it’s a useful app though. If it had everything I wanted I would replace it with my notes app or notebook.

Zero customer service and support!
I was using this app as part of my trainer request. The app was great and kept track of my data and information and progress picture.
When I stopped with my trainer due to some traveling plans and other commitments, I was surprised to see that my entire profile disappeared!
Despite that fact that I paid for that service, they deleted everything!
I reached out to the app customer service number, they offered no help in this matter. And the logic behind deleting the profile doesn’t make any sense.
The trainer will be charged to keep my profile and me as a user, I can’t keep a profile. So if I wish to come back again after my vacation, and if I decided to work with a different trainer, all my record is gone and you have to start again.
I explained my point to the trainer who called and he offered no help and was very rude. He actually advised me to reach to my bank if I have an issue with my trainer.
