Works like a champ
If you need a method to detail what you’re spending you’re time on get this app. If you have a micromanaging boss that is constantly asking “what have you been doing” get this app. Once set up only takes seconds to start or stop a task and start the next task. If you need a tally of time spent for the day, week, month, etc it will produce a report in total time or % of time spent that you can keep or send to someone who may want or need to know. Bottom line….this app has allowed me to see where I’m spending my time and become more efficient in my routine by identifying time eating tasks that need a better solution or delegated to others.Show lesslondobie

Im am taking classical piano study very seriously and this is the only app that was robust enough and easy to use with some of the best reporting i have seen. I keep finding new features such as the auto note feature. When i stop a task timer, if this task has the auto note on, a blank text box will show up. I then hit the microphone on the keyboard and briefly add a voice to text note. I use this to keep track of troubles i have and questions that arrise during practice. This is such a great and simple tracker. I’ve tried many others and always returned to this one. Here are some reasons: (1) Music isn’t interrupted with this app; many of their competitors can’t pull off the tracker plus music. (2) A notes feature! You can add a quick note after you finish a task. (3) One-time payment rather than a subscription. (4)
Works great on my watch and phone (I haven’t tried laptop yet) and syncs great. (5) A great UI. Simple and effective. (6)
Top-notch technical support. If you send them a question or have an issue, they respond quickly and in a friendly way. (7) PRIVACY. They don’t collect data. Love it, tracking everything for almost 1 year
Took me a few hours to set up everything and figure out how to categorize all my activities.
But it’s intuitive enough to pick up fast, and easy enough to use everyday to track every activity you do.
Been tracking every minute since Jan 9th 2023. Would recommend.Daniel_5
Exactly what I needed
This is exactly what I needed to easily and accurately track activities, customize tasks, compile data of where the day went, and even adjust start/end times for when I forget to start or end a task tracking at the right time.
I’m totally bought in on the product and am ALMOST ready to subscribe long-term. The only missing piece is the seamless live sync experience with the sister app aJournal to make this amazing tool functional for my lifestyle. AMAZING INTERFACE
If you want to understand where your time actually goes in a beautiful, clean way, buy this app now. I have scoured the App Store for an App like this and haven't been able to find another one with as good a design. It's incredibly easy to log time, simply tap the category and it begins logging then tap it again to finish the log. It is very simple to use and it is very intuitive to learn. The only thing I wish is that it would allow you to order your activities on the first tab screen. Please include this feature for the next update and this App will be unstoppable! Love this app!!
I think this app offers everything I need from a productivity tracker. From the goal tracking feature to task tracking, it’s awesome to be able to measure progress and see the reports. I also love the calendar Integration and the ease of one tap start/stop and that there is a note feature. I use the pro versionbut the subscription seems good too from the trial. My biggest issue with it is how small the text appear and how crowded the UI can sometime feel in calendar view. But not a major issue or a deal breaker by any means!Show lessseas-2222
Awesome, easy to use app!
There is so much customization possible with this app, I've been able to tailor it to my own specific categories and keep track of how my time is spent throughout each week.
