It's fixable
Just delete your old app and reload it!! All the new information will automatically appear!!
No offline access
You are better off taking a picture of your ID card. These are poor resolution and are not accessible offline. Why can't that data be stored on board? What if I get no signal at the doctor's office? Then this app is useless.
Finally works
It took about a week but I can now log on. The thing I like most about this is if my husband is with our kids and something happens he had the kids card information. You can also email your card information if need be. Sure you can take a picture, but then you need to search for the picture.
One less thing to keep in wallet
Finally! I can leave my ID card at home. I can also look for doctors on my phone

I logged in with my new ID number and can see my new card. This app is so helpful, I don't need to keep my card in my wallet anymore.

This is the most worthless app ever. Just like the other reviews... put ID in and birth year as directed and get message about invalid ID and to use new card ID. New card ID doesn't work either. What good is an app that you can't even log in to use. I'd give this negative stars if that was an option.

Can't log into the app. I have new card but it does not work.
Fix
It's good to be able have a copy of your card but you can just take a picture and save it you don't have the option to change your ID number or retake a picture of your new card.
Should do one thing, fails
The only purpose of this app is to show you your current HAP member card. They just issued new cards. I tried logging in with my new ID #, failed with message "use new ID". I tried to log in with my old (expired) ID #, success - and then the app shows me my outdated member card. HAP - update your data!
