This app used to be helpful and I read that it was fixed after Apple's update, but I still can't bring up my cards so it is useless.
Can't view cards
The primary purpose of the app is to view my health ID card and that doesn't work.
App doesn't work anymore
App no longer works since the latest iOS update...it no longer shows members cards...they are blank...we pay enough for insurance...throw some money to the developers to keep your app updated...

Hap onthego is not working with IOS9 software update
Just got iOS 9 software update for iPhone, and hap onthego is not working, it worked with iOS 8, but not with iOS 9, please fix

DOES NOT WORK!!! App will not allow me in after inputting my correct ID and birth year as a PIN. Something is wrong about this app, especially since HAP website logs me in with no problem
Can't log in
I am putting in my ID# and birth year and can't get access.
Does not work
I enter my member ID and it says it is invalid. The app does not work.
